Author's Note : This chapter takes place in the Ultimate Spider-Man tv show.
Now let the story begin.
Nova : Where is she? School ended like 15 minutes ago!
He says impatiently.
Spider-Man : Relax bucket-head, she just texted me saying she's on her way.
Power Man : Still though, it's odd for Ava to be late for anything. I wonder what held her up?
After school, Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, is waiting around with his teammates for Ava Ayala, also known as White Tiger.
Iron Fist : Here she comes now, and I believe that I know the answer to your question Luke (Power Man's real name).
The other three curiously turn to where Iron Fist is looking, and see Ava smiling as she walks with [Y/N] [L/N], her friend and fellow classmate.
Power Man : Ah, I get it now.
Nova : She's spending time with her boyfriend.
Iron Fist : They aren't in a relationship Sam (Nova's real name), but she does look rather happy.
Spider-Man : Oh come on Danny (Iron Fist's real name), even a total idiot like Sam can see that Ava and [Y/N] have feelings for each other.
Nova : Yeah! Wait...hey!
They all laugh at Nova's expense before shutting up as Ava and [Y/N] walk up to them.
[Y/N] : Hey guys! Whatcha doing?
Spider-Man : Hey [Y/N], we were just waiting for Ava.
[Y/N] : Oh ok, wanna hang out later?
Iron Fist : Our apologies, but we cannot.
Nova : Yeah, we all have something important to take care of later.
Power Man : But we can hang out tomorrow if you want.
[Y/N] : That's alright, I'll see you guys tomorrow.
He says with a smile and turns to leave.
White Tiger : Have a good day [Y/N].
[Y/N] : Thanks Ava, and I really appreciate your help with my English project earlier.
He gives her a hug before walking off, leaving the young heroine with a faint blush on her face.
Nova : Aww, is kitty blushing?
He says to Ava teasingly, earning him a glare from her.
Ava : Shut up Sam!
Spider-Man : Yeah Sam, stop teasing her, or else her boyfriend might beat you up.
He says as both he and Nova start laughing, much to Ava's anger and annoyance.
Power Man : That's enough guys. Let's just go report to Fury for our assignment.
Iron Fist : Agreed. It's best not to keep him waiting.
White Tiger : Thank you.
She says in relief as they all head off to see what Fury wants.
Timeskip
After receiving their assignment to apprehend a criminal named [V/N], they suit up and head out in search of him.
After a couple hours, the teenage heroes have yet to find any sign of [V/N].
Nova : This is so boring! Where the heck is this guy?!
Iron Fist : Patience is a virtue Nova, remember that.
White Tiger : As much as I hate to say this, but I agree with Nova.
Spider-Man : Of course you do. The sooner we're done with this, the sooner you can start texting with your boyfriend.
White Tiger : For the last time, [Y/N] is not my boyfriend!
She exclaims with a hidden blush underneath her mask.
Power Man : But do you want him to be?
White Tiger : I....uhh...
Iron Fist : It's alright Ava, we know you have feelings for him. [Y/N] is a nice guy, why not just tell him how you feel?
White Tiger : I want to, I just don't know how.
She tells her friends with a sigh.
Suddenly, an explosion occurs a few blocks away.
Nova : Finally, something interesting is happening!
White Tiger : Let's go!
They arrive on the scene and see [V/N] in front of a bank holding a civilian hostage.
[V/N] : Let me leave with the money or else I'll pop this kid's head off like a champagne cork!
Upon getting a closer look at the hostage, everyone's eyes widen in shock, especially Ava's.
Spider-Man : The hostage....
Iron Fist : It's-
White Tiger : [Y/N]!
In a rage, Ava jumps down and rushes at [V/N], much to the surprise of her friends.
Nova : Wow. She's miffed.
Spider-Man : Super miffed.
Power Man : Guys! We need to help her!
The four then follow Ava's lead as they prepare to fight [V/N].
White Tiger : Let him go! Now!
[V/N] : Stay back or the kid dies!
Spider-Man : Not on our watch!
He shoots a web at [Y/N] and pulls him out of [V/N]'s grip.
[Y/N] : T-thank you Spider-Man!
Spider-Man : No problemo. Now go somewhere safe.
[Y/N] : You got it Spidey!
He runs off as Ava watches him, which Peter takes notice of.
Spider-Man : If you want to follow him then go ahead. The others and I can take care of [V/N].
White Tiger : Thank you Peter.
She then runs off to catch up with [Y/N].
White Tiger : Hey! Wait up [Y/N]!
He stops and turns to face her.
[Y/N] : White Tiger? How do you know my name?
She takes her mask off, revealing her identity to him.
[Y/N] : A-Ava?
White Tiger : Yeah, it's me. I wanted to check on you. Are you hurt at all?
[Y/N] : No, just little bit sore from where he grabbed me.
White Tiger : That's a relief.
Deciding to confess her feelings to him, Ava looks into her crush's eyes and speaks up.
White Tiger : [Y/N], I have something to tell you. I'm in love with you.
She says, causing him to blush.
[Y/N] : I feel the same way Ava, I love you too.
The two then share a kiss as the others finish up taking down [V/N].
