Now let the story begin.

He's been on that stupid mission for over a week now, I miss cuddling with my boyfriend!

Nora Valkyrie, a member of Team JNPR, is moping around in her dorm while missing her boyfriend [Y/N] [L/N].

Her best friend and teammate Lie Ren walks into the room and sees her being so depressed.

Ren : Nora, I'm sure he'll be back any day now. He's been texting you every day, so just be a little patient ok?

Nora sighs and nods.

Ren : If it'll make you feel better, I'll make you some pancakes to take your mind off him.

Before Nora could respond, her scroll goes off.

Nora : Hello? Hey babe, I miss you so much! Is your mission done yet? Really?! Awesome, I'll meet you there when you land! I Love you too [Y/N], see ya in a few minutes babe!

She hangs up as a wide smile appears on her face.

Nora : He's finally coming back Ren, [Y/N]'s done with his mission!

Ren : I'm glad to hear that, when is his Bullhead going to arrive?

Nora : 10 minutes, and I'm going to go meet him when he gets off! I'm so happy Ren!

Here I come [Y/N]!

She gets up and makes a mad sprint out the door, knocking her teammates Pyrrha and Jaune out of the way as they were entering their dorm.

Ren : Are you two ok?

Pyrrha : Yeah, are you alright Jaune?

Jaune : I'm good, but what has her in such a hurry?

Ren : [Y/N] texted her, he finished his mission and will be landing in a few minutes.

Jaune and Pyrrha both sigh in relief, as Nora hasn't been herself with her boyfriend gone.

Pyrrha : Should we go follow her and greet [Y/N] back?

Jaune : Nah, let Nora have some time alone with him. Us being there would just ruin their moment.

Ren and Pyrrha both nod in agreement.

Meanwhile, Nora is waiting impatiently for her boyfriend's Bullhead to land.

Come on come on, land already! I just wanna see my [Y/N]!

Finally, the Bullhead lands as [Y/N] slowly walks out and smiles at his girlfriend.

[Y/N] : Hey babe, miss me?

Nora lunges at him and envelopes her boyfriend in a bone-crushing hug.

[Y/N] : Nora...can't...breathe.

Nora : Oops, sorry babe!

She loosens her grip on [Y/N] just enough for him to breathe.

[Y/N] chuckles and rests his head on her shoulder, making her smile.

Nora : I missed this sooo much.

[Y/N] : Me too. I'm sorry for being gone longer than expected, the mission had some...complications.

Nora lets go of her boyfriend and gives him a worried look.

Nora : What do you mean by "complications"?

He doesn't respond and looks away from her.

What's he hiding from me? [Y/N] always tells me everything.

Nora : Babe, what happened?

He sighs and turns back to face her.

[Y/N] : Just...don't freak out ok?

Nora : [Y/N], you're scaring me?

[Y/N] : Promise me.

Hesitantly, Nora agrees.

[Y/N] : Ok. Umm...during the mission, I kinda almost...died.

Nora's eyes widened.

Nora : WHAT?!!!!

[Y/N] : Calm down babe-

Nora : Calm down?! CALM DOWN?! You just told me you could have died on this mission, and you tell me to calm down?! Tell me exactly what happened!

[Y/N] : Alright. There were more Grimm than were expected. To fight them off, I had to push my semblance to its limit, but in doing so, my voice gave out as more and more Grimm arrived. I fought them to the best of my ability without my semblance, but I got overwhelmed. If it hadn't been for the huntsman I was partnered up with showing up at the last second, I'd have been Grimm chow. I had to rest a few days before I was allowed to return to Beacon. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, but I didn't want you to worry about me more than you already do.

Nora shakes her head and punches [Y/N] in the gut.

[Y/N] : Gahhh. Ok...I deserved that.

Nora : Yep, you did. I'm your girlfriend [Y/N], it's my job to worry about you! That being said...I forgive you for not telling me.

[Y/N] : Thanks babe, I love you.

Nora : I love you too [Y/N], but...

Oh no.

Nora gives her boyfriend a soft glare.

Nora : Even if you are my boyfriend, and I love you more than anything, if you ever keep something like that from me again, I will break your legs.

[Y/N] : O-ok babe, I'd rather not have my legs broken if that's alright with you.

She giggles and grabs his arm, dragging him back to the dorms.

W-where is she taking me?

[Y/N] : Nora, where are we going?

Nora : Back to your dorm, not only do you have over a week's worth of cuddling to make up for, but you also owe me pancakes now.

[Y/N] : That's fair.

They arrive at his dorm and enter, [Y/N] happy to finally be back.

Ahh, I never thought I'd miss my dorm this much.

[Y/N] : Ok babe, what do you want first, cuddles or pancakes?

Nora : Cuddles! No, pancakes! Wait, umm..I don't know which to choose first!

[Y/N] chuckles.

[Y/N] : How about you and I make the pancakes together?

Nora : That's genius! Good idea [Y/N], I love you.

She and [Y/N] share a passionate kiss.

[Y/N] : I love you too Nora, now let's get started on those pancakes.

He and Nora proceed to spend the rest of the afternoon cuddling and eating the pancakes that they made together.
