Chapter 24: Making A Choice.

Leo knew this wouldn't be good if he brought Nancy along for the trip to take down Freddy at the preschool he got the razor glove from. Either Leo, or Nancy could get killed if one of them were to face the guy.

"It's too risky to have you come with us," Leo explained. "That maniac might have killed both Jake, Madison, and Jude, but I can't risk him getting rid of you either." Nancy, couldn't tell what Leo was referring too, but it was probably about what happened years ago. Nancy then wrapped her hand around Leo's hand after hearing those words.

"Are you still upset that I rejected you years ago?" Nancy asked. Leo didn't say anything, and just nodded. "As I said before, I didn't want to come between the friendship that you, and Jake had," Nancy explained. "I thought it would be too late to date you when I was with Mike, but since he was a cheater, a swindler, a liar, and is now dead, I now know that I've made a big mistake. Now that both Jake, and Mike are gone, I have no reason to reject you anymore. I accept your offer."

"Okay," Leo said. "But you have to prove your love towards me whether it's before, or after we eliminate Freddy. I'll let you decide when." "Thank you," Nancy commented, while smiling. Just then the two noticed Nigel, and Yu selling the stolen jewelry back to the girls that Mike dated, along with Nancy while Leo was figuring out who Freddy was. "Your friends are weird," Nancy commented. "Do they always come up with schemes to get money?" "Only on Saturday's in the afternoon," Leo explained.

Later that night, Nancy, Leo, Nigel, and Yu used the money they got from the girls to get the stuff they needed to take down Freddy. Of course in order to do that, they had to make a couple of stops. First was a drug store, in order to help them fall asleep together. Of course when Nancy noticed the sign for the pharmacy, she panicked. "Big mistake," Nancy commented. "Why did we come here?" "To get the stuff that will help us sleep tonight," Leo answered. "We might not be able to stay alive after dreaming, but sleeping drugs are one of the only ways we'll be able to enter the dream world together faster. How much do we have, Yu?"

"$50.00," Yu said. "Straight from the girls who bought the jewelry, seeing how they carried $5.00 each." "And I thought my allowance was low," Nigel commented. "We'll be saving that money to get weapons next," Leo explained. "Now let's head inside." Leo, lead his team into the pharmacy as they noticed all of the drugs on the shelves, and were searching for someone to help them. Of course the sign they read on the door said that the pharmacy would close at 9:00 P.M, so they had to hurry. "Excuse me," Leo said, as he noticed an employee working near one of the shelves. "Do you have any sleeping medicine on any of these shelves? All of us are having a hard time sleeping at night." "Come with me then," the employee explained, and got off of the stool.
