Claire's P.O.V

I couldn't help but be speechless, I have never been asked out before and I thought I never will, but no, Calum, a pretty decent guy, asks ME out? All I could think of is to run to the nearest bathroom as fast as my legs could go.

I ran into the cubicle and locked the door. 'Calum couldn't be serious, this must be some joke, he doesn't really like me' I keep telling myself causing me to cry with no sound because I panicked so much that I couldn't breath, tears were falling down my face before I could hear someone calling my name.

"Claire, I saw you run in here, what happened?" I heard Lara shout

"Go away" I sobbed, I could hear a sigh and than a knock on the cubicle door.

"Come on, talk to me about this" She sighs

"Ok" I sigh as I unlock the door, Lara looks concerned and grabs my hand.

"Come with me" She whispers as I walk along with her covering my eyes with one hand. I take a peak above my arm and see Calum looking at me, it looked like he was holding a river of tears in his eyes which automatically made me feel bad.

Lara took me to the back of the school where no one went anymore.

"What happened? I thought you would say yes if he asked you out face to face" She sighs

"I have never been asked out before and surely he doesn't like me, is this some kind of sick prank your doing to make me want to date?" I asked

"Claire, Calum has always liked you and you know I would never do that to you, do you trust me?" She sighs

"I do trust you, but how would you know? He could be lying" I say

"I saw him staring at you and he had those eyes and he was kinda drooling" She laughed, causing me to chuckle.

"Just give him a chance" She says

"Uh.. Ok, I suppose so" I sigh before she starts squealing

"omg Claire has a boyfriend" she squealed, I just rolled my eyes.

Once again, Lara pulled on my air speeding up my pace until we were standing in front of the depressed looking Calum. Lara nudged my arm causing me to speak.

"Calum, I'm so sorry for running away like that, its just.." I start before he looks up at him from where he is sitting on a bench.

"I've never been asked out before and I guess I just assumed you were pranking me to embarrass me in front of everyone and I freaked out an-" I started before Calum interrupted me by standing up, cupping my head in his hands and placing a passionate kiss on my lips, I haven't dated anyone including kissing. Somehow it lasted about a full minute until he removed his lips softly leaving me in shock.

"Now do you think this is all a trick?" He asks, before I heard a few squeals behind me, I turned around to see Julia and Lara smirking at me causing me to giggle.

"I believe you and I will go out with you" I smiled after I turned back to face Calum.

"Thank you so much" Calum smiled back

"I love you" He murmured under his breath hoping I wouldn't hear him, I instantly felt bubbly in the stomach.

"I love you too" I chuckled, as Julia and Lara literally started jumping up and down and squealing. Calum's smile grew bigger and bigger, Luke, Michael and Ashton were cheering in their deep voices like boys do and started punching the air causing Julia, Lara and I to laugh.

"You guys are soooo cute" Lara squealed before the bell rang for the last two periods.

"Its time for music" Lara sighed, we walked to our lockers and grabbed our last books for the last two periods. We hurried to class and got in just before the teacher realised. I sat next to Lara on one side and Julia on the other.

Calum walked in, slowly sneaking in and quietly walked to a seat behind me. Luke was sitting next to Lara as per usual, I know that Luke is dating her sister but its like they're both hiding something I don't know about.

Later in the period, it was time to play our instruments. Julia, Lara, Luke, Michael and I play the electric guitar, and Calum plays bass. Ashton on the other hand plays the drums but he is so good. We all sat in the back room to play our instruments and the teacher gave us another music assignment, I hate assignments so much but this one seemed kinda fun, we have to all play a song together and perform it.

"Ok who's singing" Julia asks

"There has to at least be one girl and one boy" Ashton sighs

"Lara, your so good why don't you?" I ask

"Because I can't sing" She laughed, I just sighed, I've heard her sing before and she's amazing.

"Luke, what about you" Calum says

"Luke can sing?" Julia smirks

"He is the lead singer in our band" Ashton grins

"Ok play us a song here instead of at Luke's house" Lara smirks

They set up their stuff and get ready to play, Julia, Lara and I sit on a table and wait for them to start. A few moments later they start playing a pretty good song called 'heart break girl' and Luke is actually really good and surprisingly Calum is too. Once they finished, I couldn't believe how good they are and I think Lara and Julia think that too.

"Ok Lara its your turn" Luke says

"What? I can't top that" She says

"Just do it" I whine

"Fine" She sighs.

She starts playing a song she wrote, she didn't say what it was called but her voice was perfect but she stopped near the end.

"I can't do this" She sighs

"What?" Luke asks

"I can't get this song right, I'll ruin everything" She sighs

"No you won't!" I say

"I will help you" Luke insists, he walks behind her and grabs a chair from a near by table and sits next to her. He puts his arms around her and his hands on hers.

"Ok, so you do that cord with that cord and then you do that" Luke instructs

"What?" She laughs, before she looks at him, they stare into each others eyes until the started to move their faces closer and closer together.

A/N: I know this chapter may suck but I did this fairly late and my friends wanted me to update so, I hope this isn't too long because its like 1130 words long but any ways I hope you enjoy and ily x
