Chapter 7 - Cyber Terrorists

It was a breezy spring morning when Yosuke Masuda, together with Krysta Misashi, was riding a horse carriage and on their way to the Shopping District. This was the first time Yosuke went outside Haley Ambrosia's mansion since he arrived there.

Although there was an air conditioner built inside on the carriage, it was much more pleasurable to just open the windows and let the fresh air takeover the vehicle. And there, they heard the sounds of wooden wheels and footsteps of horses which were echoing as they ran through the mansion.

As Yosuke was glancing through the carriage's window back and forth, he saw not only hundreds but maybe thousands of pine trees scattered throughout a small woodland.

The janitor boy also spotted several people on their way. They were mostly equipped with large brush cutters, and some were just sweeping the grasses in the said place. He suspected that they were also laborers like him, working under their Ojou-sama.

But the one Yosuke noticed most was the men in black suits, always talking to their screen menu and could be seen mostly everywhere they passed by. Yosuke had no idea what was actually happening on the mansion. But he felt could tell that there was that kind of tension among the black guards. They were always swinging their head back and forth, looking for something that seemed to be important to them.

But Yosuke didn't concern himself about that. Although he worked as a janitor and was assigned to clean up the mansion and its garden, he didn't expect that there were over hundreds of people working for his Ojou-sama.

This was the time he realized that Haley Ambrosia's property was not only the mansion and the garden itself. It was extended for another several miles ahead from the mansion.

Krysta then grabbed an expensive-looking bottle of juice from a small fridge. She quickly opened the bottle by using a small corkscrew and gently poured a small amount of orange liquid on Yosuke's cap.

And upon taking a sip, Yosuke felt the cold tasty sensation, entering his throat that he had never tasted on his stinking life .

"Aaahhh... This is the life..."

Yosuke Masuda was enjoying the ambiance of riding an elegant carriage while drinking an expensive juice. It was like the feeling of being one of those wealthy folks, enjoying the best liquor while traveling.

But the next thing that Yosuke would witness would be one of the most beautiful sceneries he had ever seen.

As the carriage reached the end of the pine tree forest, all of a sudden, it felt like they were in different place.

They were actually traveling on a road surrounded by spirited and lively flowers that was separately arranged according to its color. It was like there were no leaves in this place. The multicolored flowers covered the entire field with their natural colors as every species of plants were planted and bloomed to their fullest potential, probably using a new technology developed by their scientist owner.

This flower field was so wide that it was like a never-ending paradise as if someone's eyes couldn't reach its end.

The scenery was enough to melt one's heart as the liveliness of the flowers intensified the picture of the mountains and hills, dwelling on this heavenly place.

This dream-like wonderland, upon walking on this place, had the fragrant scent of flowers and the chilly breeze of air that cooled off one's body. This field was one of the few flower fields in the continent. This place was called the Ambrosia Flower Field, one of new Tokyo's Artificial Wonders.
