It's been already a whole day since Miles and I united and made a plan, so far no one has noticed how our stares linger for a little too much in each other or how he doesn't let the other soldier get too close to me.

Given that we're now going to the islands, the general, that old blonde woman who gives the orders, sent us with another man who has a boat and allegedly will know where to look for Jake.

For me that's bullshit, but it is what it is.

"I've never seen the water clans," Spider tells me as we wait in the bay for the boat to come here so we can go inside.

"I've met them only once, when they fought along side Toruk Makto," I say with pride.

"What are they like?"

"Another type of blue," I answer and we both laugh. We need to laugh in this place or something's gonna happen to us.

"How have you been in this place?" I ask looking at him. "I notice that some of the humans actually explain things to you, they let you get closer"

"Well, they sometimes do, but I also ask" he answers tilting his head toward me. I dismiss him.

"Do you anything of that thing their building?"

"Not much, that's something they only tell Miles and not even that often. They discuss more about the territory and about Jake's past attacks."

I nod slowly.

"And how have you been?" he asks me.

"Well, I hate it here. I want to go back home and take down the people from the sky" I cross my arms.

Spider doesn't answer for a while but then he sees Miles from afar and does.

"I think Quaritch knows you're up to something," he says ad I raise a brow.

"Why do you think that?"

"He just stares at you, a lot. Don't you feel like you're always being watched by him?" he says. I have to contain my laughter and purse my lips.

"He may know I'm not happy here, but they all pretty much do," I say.

"Maybe... but I still think you should be careful," he says.

"Thanks kid, I will," I say resting my hand on his hair and ruffling it.

"Time to go!" Miles shouts from afar.

Spider and I share a pissed look but we walk toward the boat anyways.

I didn't like my static cell and I hate this moving one worst. The whole thing is a cell in my opinion, it traps us here as it moves by the water, rushing past it. It seems so unnatural to me.

We should be able to feel the water, we should be able to interact and stop and experience but no. Here we need to stay locked in this thing, inside it I have to wear a mask as humans modified the air and they don't really take us outside here. So yeah, in my opinion this whole new cell sucks.

Something else that sucks is that the men in charge here are disgusting, they hunt our creatures for money. The one that does it for money is plain and simply disgusting, is like the soldiers who like to kill just to feel like they have the power of taking a life away, the other one is worse. This man had studies our creatures, knows the beauty of them and still helps the other one hunt them down.

Shame. Shame in all of them.

Since this place is a little more reduced in space I'm not actually assigned to a cell and I'm free to go to the outside of the ship. I'm looking out the see and thinking of many ways I could kill all of them.
