"I honestly don't know how I'm alive." Odette gave out a sigh as she stood at the counter at Granny's the next morning. "I mean, a year in the Enchanted Forest without coffee... Sounds like the worst torture of all." She explained, taking the to-go cup that Ruby handed her as she laughed at her friend's dramatics.

"Well, now that we're back here, I promise to supply you with it until you get tired of it." The dark-haired woman said in her most genuine voice, which also happened to be so pronounced it clearly turned to mocking.

Not that Odette minded that part. It was something else she had issue with. "Tired of coffee? How dare you suggest such a horrid thing?" She jokingly gasped in offence, making both herself and Ruby laugh in amusement. "I gotta get to it, don't wanna be late again and listen to Regina complain about it. I'll see you later."

With a goodbye from Ruby, Odette walked through the diner and towards the back which led to the rooms. They were all meeting in Emma's to discuss what they would do next. What they could do next. "Hey, kid." She said as she passed by Henry who was just on his way out.

"I would wait here for a sec." The boy instructed her, making Odette's brows furrow curiously. Unable to resist as he walked out of the diner, she peaked her head into the hall, eyes widening at the sight of what Henry was telling her not to interrupt. And just as quickly and subtly, she pulled back again. This time with the widest of pleased smiles on her face.

"Nothing going on, my ass." She mumbled, talking to herself and not even caring as she leaned back against the wall beside the hallway as she waited. She didn't have to do so for long before a figure finally emerged, Robin's eyes falling on his blonde friend as soon as he spotted her. "Well, hello there."

The tone alone would have been enough, but paired with the look on her face, Robin couldn't hold in a small sigh as he shook his head in amusement. "How much did you see?" He asked, clearly not that bothered by the fact that they were caught, as he was sure Regina wouldn't be either. After all, Odette was the one who kept saying they should give each other a chance. If anything, it would have felt wrong keeping it from her.

"Oh, I saw." She smirked up at him. "And sadly, I'm late for a meeting, but when I have the time... I'll also expect to hear it all." She announced, patting her friend on the shoulder in goodbye as she turned around and began to go through the hallway. However, before she fully disappeared, Odette felt the need to turn back and add one more thing. "I told you so."

"Just go to your meeting, would you?" Robin bit back at her, but the amused smile on his face made it clear he didn't actually mind Odette's torment. Knowing his friend, he knew there was nothing else he should have expected from her. He could only hope Regina was ready for the same as he watched the blonde walk off with a new bounce in her step.

"Now can we get started?" Regina's voice was the first thing Odette heard when she walked through the door of Emma's room, all three of the Charmings and Regina already gathered and waiting. But Odette knew one more person was missing.
