Two missed calls from Adam, a text from the group chat with Rona and Lilian asking "what's the plan for today?" And the scariest of them all...

Thirty three missed calls from my mom.

Wow. She must be mad.

I had ran out of Cayson's room to the opposite room where I found Cassie, his dog, still sound asleep.

She was the prettiest dog I had ever seen and she looked so peaceful in her sleep.

Cayson hadn't bothered banging on the door for me to come out.

The house was quite quiet... But my head was noisy.

What was I doing hanging out with Cayson?

He'd tried to kill me over a million times. Okay maybe I'm exaggerating.

Three times.

Kevin still had the video. My life could easily end at any moment.

All I had to do was stay away from Cayson and he wouldn't leak it.

But I was foolish.

I couldn't resist it. I mean, he actually begged me to stay. For the first time.

He had begged me to stay.

If I was certain about how I felt about Cayson, then why did I kiss Adam?

Because I was sure what he felt for me was true.

I was so selfish.

I turned on my phone and texted Rona and Lilian. "Nada. Mom and I got in a fight."

After contemplating it, I texted Adam a simple 'hey' and once it said delivered, I wished I didn't.

I stared at my phone for over 5 minutes, waiting for his reply.

Lilian had already texted back, asking if I wanted them to come visit.

10 minutes and I got nothing.

I decided that if I was going to wait for Adam to text me back, I should do something productive... Like look for ways to annoy Cayson.

I walked my way downstairs and found Cayson shutting the door close.

I knew I heard the bell ring.

"Who was that?" I asked.

He looked a bit startled by my appearance from no where.

"It was - it was the pizza delivery guy," he easily lied.

"So where's the pizza?" I asked, looking down at his hands.

"Uh. He messed up my order, so y'know."

I looked at him skeptically.

What was he hiding from me? Did I even want to know?

Was it one of his sluts? Or even worse, Amanda?

Yup, I thought, I don't wanna know.

"I'm bored," I heaved out a sigh as I slumped unto the couch.

He followed and sat next to me, placing my legs on his.

He smirked at me, as if he knew the perfect thing that could light up my day.

"Wanna see something cool?" He asked.

I eyed him skeptically, "not if it has anything to do with the taking off of clothes."

He chuckled. "No. This is a less-sexual type of cool," he said as he pulled me up from the couch.

We went out through the back of his kitchen.
