Alya was livid. Marinette had stolen Lila's boyfriend, stole from Lila, bullied her, made her out to be the bad guy, and got Lila arrested for false claims. But that wasn't enough she had to get Adrien arrested as well. Now she happily walked around with Damian. "Come on Maribrat will be leaving the court house soon. That's when we'll teach her a lesson for framing Adrien and Lila while blackmailing Damian Wayne." Alya said to her friends who nodded in agreement. But that didn't goes as planned. Stupid Timothy Drake gave them papers to tell them why they were getting sued. Alya wanted to rip those papers up but her parents had taken them from her before she could. Now here she was listening to them half lecture half yell at her. Even her older sister yelled at her. "I don't see the problem. Marinette has been harassing and stealing from Lila for years. All me and my friends do was stand up to Marinette for Lila since she was too scared." Alya snapped at them standing up.

"You are dead wrong Alya Ceseir!" Her dad yelled in anger as he glared at his daughter who he thought had a bright future.

"You have been harassing, stealing and damaging Marinette for years. You have been pushing your sister's on her when your not even friends with her and when you were friends without paying her. We are facing a lawsuit as well because of that." Her mother said almost screaming at her. Her hair which was now down looked out place not being in her usual bun. The greys and bags under her eyes seemed to grow more prominent the longer she stared at Alya.

"You screwed up big time sis." Was all her older sister said before walking out of the room. Alya slumped back down into the seat behind her. Covering her face Alya half groaned half screamed. Looking up at her parents Alya stealed her nerves even more.

"I don't care what mediocre half baked lie they came up with to make this lawsuit possible. Marinette has been nothing but a bully and a criminal or Lila and I stand by that." Alya yelled before she stormed out of the apartment. Shoving her earbuds in she started to listen to the songs from her phone. "Stupid bluenette thinking she can do whatever she wants." Alya mumbled to herself. Looking up she found herself facing the very place she hated. The bakery Marinette parents owned. Feeling her anger pooling in her Alya stormed off to the meeting point she knew her friends would be at. Seeing how everyone was there Alya sighed happy to see them. "Hey." Alya said as she pulled her earbuds out.

"Hey."

"So, how bad is it for you all?" Alya asked knowing all of them received the same packets but she also knew they didn't do the exact same thing to Maribrat. They all did their own thing to get back at her.

"All of us are facing fines and either parole or community services along with everything going on our permanent record. Along with restraining orders." Sabrina replied adjusting her glasses with a sad and hurt expression. "My dad is sending me to live with my mom in Scotland as well. If I stay he's risking his job and reputation. And he's also very disappointed in me at the moment he won't even talk to me." Sabrina added with tears in her eyes.

"A lot of our parents are also being sued for various reasons as well. So our home life isn't the best." Nino replied with a sad look. Alya felt her heart sink hearing that before she felt pure unfiltered rage towards Marinette.

"We need to see Marinette. Talk to her to see that these lawsuits are bogus." Alya said pulling her phone out. Nino grabbed it and put her phone in his pocket.

"Babe, no. That will only make it worse. She has the Wayne's legal team behind her. And the Kent's are on her side as well." Nino replied to a furious Alya. Alya was shell shocked hearing that. The image of the bakery came to mind. Stepping away Alya turned away from her friends.

"You guys need to be prepared to fight these lawsuits. I'm gonna start fighting too." Alya said before walking off ignoring them as they called out to her. She needed to prepare for what she was planning to do. And make sure her family doesn't receive any backlash. She already knew she would do time if the Kent's and Wayne's were on Marinette side.

That Night

Alya watched the dupain cheng family. They were all dressed nicely for some reason but she didn't care. She just needed to wait. And she hated that but she stayed put. The bag by her feet was heavy but that didn't concern her. What she had planned need to be completely focused. When Tom locked the bakery up and they left Alya smiled. Getting up she ran to the bakery and looked for the spare key. Once she found it she let herself in. Walking to behind the counter and to the oven she set the bag down. Opening it she pulled out spray paint cans. Throwing them in the oven she ran up stairs and sprayed igniter fluid all over the building interior. The only place she left untouched was Marinette's room.  Walking out she locked the door again and placed the key back in its spot. She smiled at the oven filled with spray paint that was now on. "Payback is painful Maribrat." ALya whispered before she ran back home. She needed to hurry before the explosion.

"Breaking News, the dupain bakery is up in flames. No one knows why but by the time the firefighters arrived it was too late. The fire had spread from the first floor the bakery and all the way up to the top floor. Fire damage to the buildings next to the bakery was minimal. But the bakery along with the home to the dupain cheng family has been destroyed. They will have to go through their home and scavenge anything there that is worth saving. Updates will be given as the cause of the fire is investigated until then my heart and many others go out to the family who just lost everything." Nadja said on the tv that turned off with Alya holding the remote with a satisfied look.

With Marinette

Marinette and her family were in tears. Their home and income was gone. They had lost almost everything. And they would have to wait until tomorrow to see if they could save any of their belongings. Officer Raincomprix walked up to them with a grieve expression. "Well we can rule out you guys for the start of the fire. An explosion happened in the oven then an excellent can be seen from burn marks along all flammable surfaces. This was done on purpose but rest assured I will find out who did this and make them pay." He said this as he held his hat tightly. Just then the Wayne's walked over with looks of horror. Damian walked over and held Marinette hand tightly.

"Who did this." Jason asked anger filling his eyes.

"No one knows." Marinette answered as she looked at the building that she grew up in.

"But who would want to do this?" Sabine asked as she held onto Tom tightly. Tim looked at Bruce, Dick, Jason and Damian. He had a suspicion  that there was at least one person in a group that could do this. But he didn't want to say anything right now seeing how upset everyone was. "Where will we stay?" Sabine whispered as the shock of seeing their home and life work be reduced to nothing.

"You can stay at the Paris hotel and I'll cover it." Bruce said as he remembered when the manor had caught fire years ago. Tom and Sabine turned to Bruce shocked.

"Thank you-"

"Mr. and Mrs. Dupain Cheng and Mr. Wayne no money will be needed since my daddy with cover all the costs." Chloe said as she walked over to them from her white limo. "And don't even try declining. I won't charge my bestie who last everything pay for a place to live." Chloe said as she hugged Marinette." Sabine, Tom and Marinette managed a smile smile.

"Thank you Bumblebee." Marinette said weakly. Chloe smiled at that and had the family get in her limo before turning to the Wayne's.

"If anyone did this my money is on Alya. That brat doesn't know when to stop. She's a bulldozer and does anything she wants if she thinks she's in the right. Make her pay with the lawsuit you have with her." Chloe then turned and climbed into the limo. It drove off toward the hotel. The Wayne's were determined more than ever now to make sure that Marinette's bullies paid for everything they had done.

Aerosol cans should never be placed in fires or heated locations, because they can explode. One more chapter after. I hope you all have enjoyed this damianette story.
