Troubles of Chicago Pt. 1

Within the suburbs, Jesse, Jacket, Neon, Mercury, Roman, and Neo were all walking down the sidewalk with the neighborhood seemingly empty.

"It's all quiet out here," Neon said.

"It's been like this ever since COVID-19 came around," Jesse said.

"There is some form of crime out here sometimes," Jacket said.

"All the more to be careful," Jesse said.

"Jesse? Jacket?" a new voice called.

Everyone turned around to see someone very familiar to Jacket and Jesse, Jacket's sister and Jesse's girlfriend, Teresa St. Clare.

"Teresa!" Jesse and Jacket called out in unison.

Teresa runs up to the two boys and hugs them both. She then kisses Jesse on the lips for a moment.

"You guys are back already?" Teresa asked.

"We're only here for Huntsman business, but regardless, we're back," Jesse answered.

"We'll, I'm glad you're here. It's been pretty lonely here," Teresa said.

"Guys, we've got company," Mercury said, pointing up the street.

Everyone turned to see four cars driving up towards them. Jacket and Jesse narrowed their eyes at the cars for a moment before their expressions turned to anger.

"Guys, get your weapons out," Jesse said.

"Wait. Why?" Neon asked.

"We're about to see some action soon," Jacket answered.

"Teresa, take cover," Jesse ordered.

Teresa ran up to a nearby car and hid behind it just as the cars drove up. Several armed black men stepped out of the car and looked at the group, more specifically, Jacket and Jesse.

"You two n****s got some balls coming back here after all the shit you did to us!" one of the gunmen said.

"Guys? Who are these weirdos? Mercury asked Jesse and Jacket.

"The Black Disciples. My old gang," Jacket answered.

The Black Disciples began to open fire at the small group as they scattered away from the onslaught of bullets. Jacket transformed his shotgun into its bat form and ran up to a gangster and bashed him in the face. Another rushed at Jacket, but got whacked in the face and knocked to the ground. Jacket transformed his bat back into his shotgun and shot him in the face.

Jesse fired off his twin sub-machine guns at a gangster killing him. then transformed his guns into his machetes. Two more gangsters ran up to Jesse armed with baseball bats. Jesse quickly slash at one of the gangster's chest, then stabs the other in the chest and throat.

Mercury ran up to two more Black Disciples as they tried shooting at him. He kicks one of them in the head while firing off a shot from Talaria, blowing the gangster's head off. He spins around and sidekicks the other Black Disciple to the ground, and then stomps on his chest, while firing off a shot.

Neon skates around two more gangsters as they try to shoot at her. She swung her nunchaku at one of the gangster's legs as she skated past him, freezing it to the ground. He tried to pull his leg free fr4om the ice, but fell over and accidentally ripped his frozen leg off, making him scream out in pain. The other gangster looked down at him in horror, but then was suddenly struck in the head by Neon's nunchaku as she skated by, knocking him unconscious.
