The Yule Ball (Part One)

Tonight was the night of the Yule Ball, Y/N was already dressed in his suit, it was nothing short of brilliant, it was a black frock coat, black suit pants, black oxfords dress shoes. a white shirt, black waistcoat, Red shawl that went from being wrapped around his right shoulder to around his waist, a white bowtie, and a pair of white gloves.

As Y/N was getting ready he saw Harry struggling with his bowtie, so naturally he walked over to Harry and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Here, let me help." Y/N said as he stood Harry in front of a mirror and began to do up his bow tie.

"Thanks."

"What kind of friend would I be if I let you struggle with this. Hey? Come here." Y/N said as he embraced his friend, patting him on the back. "Now, be careful tonight. And whatever you do, don't go getting drunk and trying for a shag in the carriages, Snape's on watch out there and I guarantee he won't like you trying to shag some girl."

"All right, what about you and Wednesday?"

"Utter one more syllable and I'll have you killed." Y/N said as Harry chuckled to himself. "Seriously though, be careful, things might just go south tonight."

As the pair, joined by Ron went down to the hall and waited for the doors to open, Y/N was talking to Harry and Ron who both ended up going with the Patil twins. Y/N was analysing everyone and everything, he was trying to figure out who the target was and who the suspect was.

They were all having polite conversation when they were interrupted they turned and saw Hermione and Enola walk down the stairs, Hermione looked stunning in her dress, as did Enola. The pair looked like two Disney princesses.
