I turned to Mani and Suna, "you ready?" I asked, drawing my weapon.

They both nodded. we stepped slowly into the room. I wall of fog appeared blocking the two exits.

The room went dark. All light was gone, save for the light of the wellspring and our that floated sprites near us.

On the far side of the room, several smoky dark clouds began to slither across the ground, moving toward one another. They collided and coalesced from a pillar of darkness slowly it began to morph and change until it resembled a tall, twisted, and lanky figure.

From it exuded a pale-bluish glow, and its mangled pitch-black hair flowed in different directions as if it were suspended in water.

Its name read, {Spring Spirit, Shade}.

It began to take a few steps forward. We all raised our guards in anticipation of an attack. Suddenly, it teleported forward and began to take several more steps before teleporting again.

I looked left and right to see where it went.

"Tsubasa, behind you!" Mani shouted.

I turned around and brought my hands up to guard. It had teleported right in the middle of our group.
