Exhaustion and mental fatigue over took me and collapsed to the floor. I lay on the ground, either unable or unwilling to muster the strength to stand.
I wasn't sure how long I had laid on the ground before I felt the urge to stand. It was a strain to get my body moving again.
I slowly left the boss arena heading back to the safe area.
Once there, I saw that Mani and Suna hadn't returned yet, and their status icon said they were still alive and in combat. All I could do was silently cheer them on and wish them good luck. I sat down, opened up the forums, and snacked on one of my rations.
While waiting, i started to glance over the next major dungeon.
Soon after, I realized this next dungeon would most likely be as mentally taxing as this one.
After I had finished the last bite, I heard a sound come from around the corner.
I knew that this was a safe zone, but reflexively, I prepared myself for an encounter.
Around the corner came two figures.
"Mani, Suna?!" I said aloud.
