"Yes and no, a party leader basically chooses what the party will be doing but directing the party in battle usually falls to the Tank. However, in this instance you'll be doing both. Don't worry though Mani will still be «Tanking»."
"Leave it to me," Mani said proudly.
"Of course, though, you'll have your own turn leading the party."
"Oh," he replied half-heartedly.
"Don't act like that, you'll be fine," I said matter of factly.
"Right."
"Though thinking on it, after you guys beat Soth, I'll have you train in the other's class types."
Right now, our current team composition was that Mani is «Tank», Suna is «Healer», and I'm «DPS». Suna would be switching to «DPS» meaning I would have to take over as «Healer» while Mani stays as tank.
Part of my plan is to also let them each take over as party leader and set them up in one-on-one fights to prepare them.
After they beat Soth, I'll have us rotate our class types to help them round out their experience.
