I passed right through the creature as if it weren't there at all. I had thrown my body weight into the tackle, and with nothing to stop me, I fell to the ground.
"Tsubasa, watch out!" Mani called out.
I looked up to see a ghostly claw raised above my head.
In the blink of an eye, pain shot throughout my right side. My health was reduced by about a third.
The creature went in for one more hit, but I managed to gather myself enough to avoid the attack, barely.
I scrambled to my feet, keeping my eyes on the enemy a short distance from me.
"What just happened?"I said, looking at Mani out the corner of my eye.
"I'm not sure, but when you moved through it, it suddenly stopped going for me and went straight for you," he replied.
"Alright. Mani, Suna, don't do anything. Let me make sure I've got its attention first," I said, preparing myself, I jumped in striking with several artes and basic attacks.
"Okay, now!" I replied as it turned toward me.
Mani healed me and then began attacking with several spells, Suna meanwhile was firing spell after spell.
