Walking for about a half hour, Mark approached the base which was located deep in the woods and away from the city so no one was able to find it. His hands were dug in his leather jacket pockets, still able to access his weapons quickly enough if something were to happen.

The Dream base was an off white three floor mansion that was deep in the field of trees with an electric fence surrounding it for extra security. Owning one hundred acres of land, the 127 base and WayV base were also located here as well but not too close within each other.

A spot light detected Mark as he went up to the gates.

Mark stood in front of the gate, placing his hand on the square pad as a security check before the gates unlock. Approving his handprint, the gates opened and closed after Mark walked through. He sauntered down the concrete trail that led him to the front doors.

More lights flashed on with Mark's movements as it was dark out. The doors had a lock where numbers had to be punched in in order to get inside. He pushed the numbers on the keypad, confirming the correct password before a 'click' was heard which meant the door was now unlocked.

He stepped inside and shut the door which automatically locks on its own when closed. The lights were still on in this floor, which was mainly their kitchen, living room, dinning room, washing room, footage/security room, and Even an indoor pool towards the end of the house.

The floor underneath the main floor was their base which had the medical room and all their training equipment and weapons for practice which was where Mark spent most of his time if he were not on a mission.

The top floor was where all the bedrooms were and each bedroom had their own bathroom inside of them—probably where everyone was right now since it was almost nine.

Mark kicked off his sneakers and picked them up to bring them to his room, which still looked exactly the same as it did when he first moved in. He put his sneakers on his shoe rack inside his closet.

Mark grabbed his workout shoes and put them on as he exited his room to go downstairs where he was met with Jeno sipping a glass of water and sitting on the counter.

"I knew I heard you come home," Jeno stated, putting his glass in the sink. "Don't tell me you're about to go downstairs right now."

"Could've just checked the cameras instead of coming down then," Mark replied.

"So you are going downstairs. What's the matter?" Jeno asked with a teasing smirk. "Your soulmate is pretty, isn't he? Need to release some fuel?

Mark was about to ask how Jeno knew that he went to see Donghyuck, but he realized he still had his tracking device on from the mission. It was not like it was a secret; Mark was going to see Donghyuck sooner or later whenever he wanted.

The older slid his hand on the back of his neck, pressing the button to stop tracking his movements for now.

"Watch it," Mark growled.

Jeno raised his hands up defensively.

"Woah, Woah. Calm down there Mr. Lion. I have my own soulmate, remember?" Jeno stated, peeling down the hem of his sweatpants slightly to show the name tattooed on his v line.

Na Jaemin

"I didn't ask," Mark flatly responded, becoming a bit impatient now.

"My god, Mark. You should be thankful we had such an easy mission today and that none of us are dead," Jeno reminded, knowing his best friend was still annoyed by the fact that they had such an easy mission today and wasted their time.
