G - she goes into these really bad depressive episodes sometimes and she won't speak or eat or sleep or get out of bed and sometimes it's not too bad but there has been times were she's ended up in hospital. This is a good sign though because now we know what's happening we can keep an eye on her. (She kisses your head)
Beth - oh okay I'm sorry. Thankyou for telling me though
G - it's okay. We'll get through this we always do
(Beth leaves and G helps you get changed and ready)
G - okay what are we doing today then?

Y/n - it hurts to talk. I just feel empty inside like I just feel tired but not I need sleep tired just mentally drained and I don't know why and I just feel helpless and I just want to go back to bed honestly. My body just feels heavy like I'm just dragging weight around.
Alex - honestly you're doing well at explaining how you feel especially opening up to me. I appreciate it. Georgia do you want to tell us how you feel right now?
G - erm okay sure. I feel upset, angry, guilty, and honestly just helpless

G - erm I just feel guilty that I'm not around all the time to be there for y/n and I just feel guilty that I've not protected her

Y/n - heartbroken to be honest. I don't want her to feel like that. She's my big sis you know, and it breaks my heart knowing that I make her feel this way and sometimes I honestly don't tell her things to the full extent because I know how she feels deep down even though she puts on this brave act for me.

She's going through what I went through right now and I don't want her to know that I hurt myself or tried to kill myself or that I run away when things get bad. I was brought up like that and I had no other option but she has us she doesn't need to do that. I heard a quote once it said "being friends with someone depressed is draining" and to be totally honest I don't want to be draining my friends and stopping them from being happy. I really wish that none of them new what was going on with me.
Alex - I appreciate what you're saying, I really do but that's not true okay. You do not drain your friends.

Y/n - he wasn't so lovely. Erm he abused me from the age of 16 erm he tried to kill me 3 times. He also stalks me to this day and shows up everywhere I go. Erm my mum and brother were also abusive as fuck and still are. They are drug addicts and alcoholics, that's why I don't speak to them anymore and why I moved away. I got depressed and became severely anorexic and I can't sleep because of Ethan and I run away a lot when things go bad. Erm I cut myself and have ever since I was 12. I've tried killing myself multiple times. The guy you saw when we came here wasn't part of my management team. He's my private therapist, and I'm trying to get help but yeah I don't know it's not working and I'm extremely depressed at the minute. Please don't be mad at me, I was just trying to protect you.
