XIV.

"Y/n? Let's go?" I heard Jay say as he gave me his hand. I flickered a bit when I heard his voice so close to me.

"Huh? Is everything okay?" he asked and bent down to my high. I was still sitting on the chair and looked a bit scared. I knew the voice that was talking behind me.

I shake my head no as tears started to appear in my eyes and the view got blurry. Jay's face went from confused to worried and a bit mad. He grabbed my hand and helped me to stand up. Then he wrapped one of his arms around my shoulder and both of us walked to the car.

"What happened? I saw your face like 5 minutes ago. You were smiling and now crying? What happened?" Jay said as he started the car. "I- There w-was- He-" I tried to talk but tears started to roll down my cheeks as I choked on them. Jay's expression changed again, now he looked even more worried. He took my hand and hold it with one of his hands as he drove fast to Enhypen's house.

As we finally arrived, Jay parked the car and jumped out of the car fast, running to my side and taking me to the house fast. I was still crying, and the voice that I heard bought back my biggest trauma. I still got nightmares about that day but I never thought I'll ever hear from or see that person ever again.

As me and Jay stepped into the house, Sunoo was the first to see us. "Hey, how- Y/N, ARE YOU OKAY?" he screamed and ran to me, hugging me. Me and Jay had already taken off our shoes and jackets and now Sunoo walked me to the living room.

When I sat on the couch, Jungwon and Heeseung ran into the room. The two of them had worried faces "I'll get you some water," Heeseung said and fastly walked to the kitchen. Jungwon walked to me and kneeled down next to me "What happened?! Did you get hurt?! JAY, YOU HAD TO PROTECT HER!" Jungwon yelled and looked at Jay. "I DID, NOTHING HAPPENED THE WHOLE EVENING! WE ARRIVED AND ATE, THE WHOLE DINNER WAS AMAZING!" Jay yelled back. "THEN WHY IS SHE CRYING, HUH?! ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT SHE'S JUST ACTING OR SOMETHING?!" Jungwon yelled again and stood up, walking to Jay angrily. "I- NO, OF CORSE NOT," Jay yelled as more tears started rolling down my cheeks from all of the yellings. Sunoo saw it and walked to me, sat next to me, and hugged me. "THEN WHAT HAPPENED?!" Jungwon yelled, "I WON'T BELIEVE IF YOU SAY THAT SHE JUST HIT HER HEAD TO THE CAR DOOR OR SOMETHING SIMILAR!" Heeseung yelled too after he put the water next to me on the table.

"Why are you all yelling?!" Suddenly Niki came into the room, anger written all over his face. As his gaze fell on me crying, his eyes filled with surprise, worriedness, and anger. "What-" he didn't end his sentence as he ran to me and his eyes scanned my whole body to see if there were any cuts or bruises. "Where does it hurt?" Niki asked gently and calmly. I shake my head to show him that nothing hurts. Niki then turned to Jay, Jungwon, and Heeseung standing to his right and asked them angrily.

"Who?!" "I don't know, she didn't tell me. Listen, we were about to go out as we had ended our dinner. I paid the waiter and then saw my old classmates. I asked Y/n if I could talk to him as I haven't seen him in years. She agreed and I promise that I was maybe 5 meters from her. I had my eye on her and no one even came to her. She was on her phone the whole time, she was smiling. After I talked to my classmates, I came to her and now she was with tears in her eyes. I don't know what happened, I swear," Jay said as all of the boys were looking at him. Jungwon then looked at me "Y/n, let's go to my room. You can sleep with me tonight, okay?". I nodded my head and walked with him to his room. What I didn't notice was Niki's face after Jungwon said that and when I agreed.
