Been watching a lot of Witchcraft SMP lately (mostly Scott's perspective) and had the idea of what if Scott was Zeref (from fairy tail) but reincarnated after he was killed by Natsu in the final season.
Of course his curse of Ankhseram would be cured but his magical abilities were weakened to the point he was nearly an ordinary mortal again. This then allows him to meet Milo and when Milo is killed he vows to bring him back to life through necromancy just like how he brought Natsu back to life in Fairy tail.
Mavis could also be included somewhere in here maybe as the Former Supreme witch or as another witch visiting one of the 8 witches in the tournament.
I might make a book on this now i made this headcannon lol.
