I look around and sigh in boredom. I decide to take out my phone and open my group chat with Kane, Cheryl, and Dom.
Ever so casually I press the video call button. I turn the camera to record my face and I instantly cringe. My current position is making my double chin visible. I straighten myself to not jumpscare them once they pick up.
Talking about the devil... They pick up one after another.
"What the fuck? This is my first-time video calling here! Look at these filters oh my God!" Dom gasps and instantly begins to swipe through the filters, putting them on.
Cheryl lifts a brow once she takes a closer look at my camera. "Girl, where are you?"
Kane is now next to observe my background. "Did they send you back to juvie or what?" He says with a disappointed expression but his voice is covered in humor.
I roll my eyes.
"Hey guys," I start. "And no. I'm not in juvie. I'm in an unexpectedly interesting location - the police station. Yep, you heard that right. I managed to land myself here, and now I'm stuck in this boring place. So, I had a brilliant idea. Why not invite you guys to spice things up a bit? I'm bored."
Cheryl gasps. "Sienna, what the heck? You're in the police station? What happened?"
"Are you alright? Do we need to bail you out or something?" Dom asks, abandoning the filters. However, the one he has on right now does not help to make this more serious.
"Seriously, Sienna? You can't just drop a bombshell like that and expect us not to be worried!" Kane panics.
"Haha, hold your horses, my dear friends. No need to panic. I'm perfectly fine, I promise." I stop myself and reconsider my words. "Well, I'm not. I'm kinda fucked up from the events emotionally."
"Sienna! What the fuck?! What is going on!" Cheryl asks hurriedly.
"I will tell you everything in person. It's kind of hard and fresh still..." I say softly.
"Well, everything that matters is that you are okay." Kane smiles and tries to give me a reassuring look through the camera.
Dom scoffs. "She just told you she is fucked up by the events so-"
He is cut off by Cheryl. "Dominic!" She warns.
I shake my head in amusement. "Well, will you guys come? I'm fucking bored," I say casually.
