"You mean..."
Her eyes widened like realisation just hit her head.

Swiftly the blonde bowed and kept her head low.
"I apologise for my rudeness of asking his highness' name!"
"I didn't knew that God were standing infront of me!"
She exclaimed with panick evident in her voice.

The man smiled softly and made her stand.
Her jewelled eyes looked at him in both confusion and admiration.

"No need my child, infact I wish to apologise to you..."
The man spoke as his expression turned solemn.

Athanasia tilted her head with a confused look and asked, "Why? You didn't did anything, lord"

The god looked at her with guilt filled eyes, then bowed.

"On behalf of the God of fate, I apologise to the only princess of the prosperous empire of Obelia"

"Athanasia de Alger Obelia, I hope you forgive this mistake"
He muttered startling the blonde.

"N-No, don't do this! Sir please don't make me feel bad!! You haven't done anything!!"
Another voice came making the two look at the person who spoke.

The voice was of a young woman wearing a plain cream colour gown with some red patterns engraved on it.
She had beautiful green hair and orange eyes, her lips has a red coloured lipstick smeared on them.

She also looked older than the blonde but her beauty was too much for the blonde to pinch herself as she can't differentiate between real or fake.

"You...are pretty..."
The blonde muttered but swiftly lowered her head in embarassment.

"Ah- oh...thanks...I guess.."
The new woman said in an awkward tone.

She wasn't prepared for a praise as she came here to apologise...

"But...Why...Are you two apologizing?"
The girl asked in confusion.

Both of the adults gulped the lump of saliva that formed in their throat.

"We are sorry... Because..."
"You...You...You weren't supposed to die!"
The woman yelled and looked at the blonde with a worried and guilty look.

On the other side, the blonde fell silent....

Wasn't supposed to die...?

Then...Why am I dead....??

She looked at the two for an answer and ofcourse the two Gods understood it.

"You were supposed to have a loving father, though your mother still died. But your father was supposed to love you a lot...."

The blonde's breath hitched.

A loving father....?

"But...due to certain problems...your fate was altered and you ended up like...this"
The older man said and worriedly looked at blonde.

"Altered....What were the certain problems...?"
Athanasia asked, although her head was still looking down and voice was cold.

"It's... actually a guy..."

The blonde felt angry, who dared alter her fate and do this!?

How could they do it!?

"Who?"
She clenched her fists and bit her lips inorder to keep her voice and temper as low as it can be.

"He met one of your ancestors and said something that changed the entire story of the Obelian royal family..."

"He is, Lucas, the magician of the tower"

At this, Athanasia wanted to meet that bloke of a magician and chop off his limbs.

"But wasn't he supposed to be dead?"
The jewelled-eyed girl asked.

"He is kind of a immortal guy"

That bastard!!

How dare he kill me when I was NOT supposed to die!!

And now he is living a damn LONG life!!!

What a trash bag!!

"So, it doesn't matter... I'm dead now anyway...I just want to meet my mom in afterlife..."
Athanasia muttered and glared at nothing.

Yeah...I can be with my mom and Lily now!

Cheer up Athy! Don't waste your time on a bloke!!

But, like God weren't even her favour. The next words she was going to hear would make her become a Ghost!

"Actually....That can't happen..."
Meekly, God of Life and Death answered.

Hearing it, the once pale skin of the blonde grew paler as she felt her legs disappearing away.

"W-Why!?"
This time without worrying about her behaviour the blonde jumped on the man and held his shoulders in desparation.

"Why can't I meet her!?"

The man was startled but soon regained his mind, he held the blonde's hand and took it off his shoulder.

He lightly massaged her hand inorder to help her calm down.

"Calm down my child, I'll tell you"
He spoke softly but the blonde wasn't having any intention to really calm down at the moment.

But to know the reason she did anyway.

"It seems like your last wish isn't completed..."
"We can't really let you go, as you know the rules of Heaven right?"
He said and the blonde nodded.

Wish...

I don't remember that I ever wished about anything...

The Emperor's affection was my wish, but when he ordered to execute me...I gave up on it and forgot it....

Anyway, why would I wish something that I don't know...

I wasn't given the privilege to 'wish'...So why?

My last wish is to meet my mom and Lily!

The blonde looked at him in confusion.

"What do you want?"
The man asked.

"Me...I...I don't know!"
"I don't know what I want!! Will I never meet my mother and Lily then!?"
She asked in panick and tears threatened to leak out her eyes.

The God sighed and massaged his temples, an Idea stuck his mind.

"Then..how about being a ghost and Search for your wish?"

The blonde was puzzled at the statement.

"Search for...A Wish....?
