Luciana Point of View:
I anxiously ventured into the rowdy crowd of people. I decided to act like I didn't know the information I just learned. If Alexan- Nicolas knew that I knew who he actually was, it would end badly for me.
"There you are, Luci", His voice rang out from the crowd of people, "I've been looking all over for you."
His hands were placed on my shoulders from behind me. I tensed instantly at the unwanted contact.
"Yeah, me too", I shrugged and moved out of his reach.
"Are we finished here?", He asked loudly, trying to speak over the loud voices around us.
"Yes. Let's get out of here", I explained as I began to walk towards the entrance.
A hand grasped my wrist. I turned quickly, Nicolas had my wrist in his hand.
"I found a back door while searching for you", He said and pulled me towards him slightly.
I didn't move, fear was beginning to take over. I kept my legs firmly planted on the ground. I was not going to risk going to an unknown place.
"It's quicker this way", I begged. I pointed to the entrance that was within eyesight.
"Lets just go out the back door", he urged. The frustration was clear in his voice. He noticed I wasn't moving so he harshly tugged on my wrist.
I gasped, "Let go of me." I tried to pull my wrist from his tightening grasp.
He angrily glared at me. He pulled harder, with no choice, I was pulled from my spot. Nicolas took that opportunity to continue to drag me towards the unknown back door.
Even with my continuous struggling, he managed to get me to the real back door. He gave me a hard shove towards the door. I lost my balance and landed on my knees. My head snapped upwards as I heard a gun cocking.
"You stupid women cannot keep your fucking mouths shut", he rambled as he aimed the gun at me. He scoffed," My damn sister couldn't control herself enough to resist the urge to brag about me and Alexander's identity switch."
How did he know I knew...
Before he could say anything else, I interrupted, " Why did you swap places anyways?"
He smirked," Why would I ruin the surprise? Go out the door and find out for yourself."
"I'm good", I answered.
"It wasn't a suggestion", His smirk turned into an amused grin," I tried to tell them that you wouldn't go out there willingly."
I calmly asked," Who's them?" I was trying not to make his anger any worse.
He took a few steps towards me, and aimed the gun at my chest. I guess my attempts at keeping him calm were no use.
"Go out the door, or I blow your cold heart out of your fucking chest", He roared.
I couldn't decide if he was bluffing or telling the truth. Getting my heart blown out of my chest was something I didn't really want to gamble on.
With a sigh, I stood up, and turned around so I was facing the door. I didn't have a clue on what was waiting for me on the other side. I took a few deep breaths before I opened it.
Before I could make out anything that was waiting in the dark, the gun was pressed into my back.
"Go", Nicolas grunted.
Having no choice, I took a few steps into the darkness.
"Have fun, Lucky", Nicolas chuckled and slammed the door shut.
"It's about damn time", She complained.
I knew that voice, it was Mia.
Lights on the walls began to turn on. My head snapped towards her, she stood proudly. A few grunts stood behind her, towering over her protectively.
"You", I angrily gritted.
"You", She mocked in the same tone," I see you are happy to see me. Why aren't you attacking me?", She pouted.
"I'm not that idiotic."
"Shame..."
"Why the hell are you here?", I demanded.
"My friends here were close to some of the people you killed, during your sprees", She kept her eyes glued to me, "So after hearing them ramble about Lucifer this and Lucifer that, I decided to help them out a bit."
My body tensed. There were at least three largely built guys, and if they each wanted me dead, I am going to need to come up with a plan.
"Well boys, our chat is over. Have fun", Mia announced before leaving the alley. Once she left, the men began walking towards me.
"We can talk about this", I nervously announced.
One of them scoffed, "The only thing we are going to talk about is who gets to kill you."
I sighed. I bent down to the ground and waited for them to get closer to me. I quickly scooped up some of the dirt with both hands. Once they were close enough, I threw the dirt into their faces.
It provided a slim opening, and I took it. While they were momentarily blinded, I dashed past them like a gazelle leaving a lion's den. The only way I was getting out of here alive was if I ran.
I kept running until I could see a bridge in the distance, then I picked up some speed. I climbed onto the other side of the bridge, my hands were tightly holding the railing.
I chuckled. The last time I wanted to jump off a bridge was to die, now I'm doing it to survive. Only last time, Vince was there to pull me away.
"Well Vince... I can't wait to laugh about this in the future with you", I muttered.
"Hurry the fuck up, she's about to jump", Someone yelled.
My head snapped to the end of the bridge. The three guys were running towards me. They weren't that fast.
My heart was pounding in my chest, I took a quick calming breath. My legs were intensely shaking as I removed my hands from the railing. I took one last look at the sky before I let gravity take me.
I inhaled as much oxygen as I could as the dark cold water became closer. It was freezing as I landed in the river.
My brothers began to fill my mind...
Marcello....
Leonardo...
Lorenzo...
Antonio...
Donatello...
Valentino....
And then Vincenzo....
