Kennedy rested on her stomach tapping on her phone as she laid her head on her pillow.

She dialed Dominic's number soon. He answered on the 3rd ring. "Hello." He spoke.

"Hey...did I wake you?" She asked.

"Nah , I was already up. It's 3 in the morning tho...why you up?" He asked. "I can't sleep." She mumbled. "why are you up?" She asked.

"Yeah I can't sleep either." He sighed. "Well do you have work in the morning?" She asked. "No. You?" He asked.

"No. Even if I did... I'd call in because I can't sleep." She explained. "Mmmm, well you want me to come over? Put you to sleep." He asked. She chuckled.

The two didn't wait much time to have sex with each other since they had done it before. And the fact that they already knew what sex was like with each other, it made them more eager to do it.

"Yeah...wait no what if my boyfriend shows up?" She spoke. He smacked his lips. "Ian worried about him. I'm a cop and I know the game. I wasn't always a cop. Ian worried about no lil boy. He a kid to me." He spoke.

"I didn't even know you were like that...but yes. Come over...please." she spoke. She heard him grunt and then shuffling in the background.

"Alright. Gimme 20." He spoke. "Ok hurry." She spoke. "Aight , imma try." He spoke. "okay bye." She spoke before hanging up.

She hopped up and in the shower. She made it quick before getting dressed in her pajamas again.

She stood downstairs eating pineapples out of the fridge. "I hope this nigga drown." She mumbled before doing an evil laugh.

She finally closed the fridge when she heard the doorbell ring. She walked to the door and opened it revealing Domini.

He wore black basketball shorts and a white wife beater with Nike slides and a black durag.

She smiled as he walked in. She shut the door behind him and turned to him.

"Wassup." He spoke in that sleepy voice she loved. "Hi." She wrapped her arms around him. He kissed her cheek before turning to her lips and kissing her lips.

"I missed you." He mumbled against her lips. She smiled and he went back to kissing her.

They stood there for a while before she stopped him to lock the door. "Did you eat? I cooked." She spoke.

"What you cook?" He asked. "Lasagna and garlic bread." She spoke. "yeah let me get sum." He nodded.

"I'll make your plate." She spoke. She walked to the kitchen. He stood to the side watching as she made his plate.

"You finna be 20. What you gon do?" He smiled. She shrugged. "I don't think I'll do anything. I mean... probably go to the club."

"Why you always at the club?" He asked. "My homegirls. That's they favorite spot. So I go alot." She shrugged sitting the plate down on the table.

He sat down. "Sit down." He patted the spot on his lap. She sat down and tapped on her phone as he ate.

"How do you feel arresting innocent people? And you didn't pray over your food." She spoke. He smacked his lips. "I always pray. I'm used to praying in my head. And I don't arrest innocent people. I work for Swat baby , anybody we arrest is usually guilty." He explained.

"Well what's the difference?" She asked. "We specialize in arresting baraccaded suspects. Like people who are high risk and they tend to lock themselves in the house and puts us at risk cuz we don't know what's in the house y'know?" She spoke.

"Ohhh I used to watch that on TV...don't people kill themselves usually?" She asked. He nodded. "Yeah it happens quite often. It's a sad thing. Even though they might've been guilty, they still could've had a second chance with a good lawyer." He explained.

"Wow. Jail must be really bad." She sighed. He shrugged. "Not that bad for me. Probably for them lil white boys." He explained.

She chuckled. "How did you go to jail if you were in the military?" She asked. "I went to jail before the military." She explained.

She hummed in response as he continued to eat. "You've had a fun life." She giggled. "All you did was tattoo?" He asked.

"No I was a stripper for a lil while. Horrible idea." She shook her head.
