After slowly reconnecting with Jordan, we began hanging out as friends. And let me tell you, this innocent-looking girl had the funniest, dirtiest jokes I had ever heard. Even Tom was left with an open mouth from time to time. It was refreshing to spend time with her without any romantic tension. I noticed that Jordan respected my boundaries and hadn't thrown a single flirtatious remark my way. She was waiting for the day I would give her the signal, and I appreciated her patience.

For now, I was content with being friends. It gave me a chance to truly get to know Jordan. She invited me to one of her sponsor shoots, and I was amazed at her natural beauty and how effortlessly she commanded the camera's attention. I watched in awe as she effortlessly struck pose after pose. I, on the other hand, felt completely out of my element and could never imagine feeling as comfortable in front of a camera as she did.

During a break in the shoot, Jordan waved me over, and I gladly joined her. We made jokes, laughed, and had a blast. In a moment of spontaneity, I struck a pose, and it quickly turned into a playful posing battle between us. We were having so much fun, and I couldn't help but enjoy every moment I spent around Jordan. She had truly matured over the years, and her company brought me joy.

Suddenly, we heard a voice, Michael, the one in control of the entire shoot, chiming in with excitement. "Oh my, that's perfect! You two are the ultimate match. Somebody get him a change of wardrobe. We have to capture them in some pictures!" he exclaimed. I saw a hint of worry in Jordan's eyes as she looked at me, concerned about my comfort level. She quickly started to protest, saying that I didn't have to do it.

I reached out and took her hands in mine, a reassuring smile forming on my face. "Jordan, it's fine. It's not like I haven't stood in front of a camera before. Plus, it could be fun doing this with you," I assured her. Her face lit up with a big smile, and it warmed my heart to see her so concerned about my well-being.

Together, we embraced the opportunity and dove into the impromptu photoshoot. It was a whirlwind of wardrobe changes, poses, and laughter. We effortlessly played off each other's energy, and the chemistry between us was undeniable. As the camera snapped away, capturing our genuine connection, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and wonder.

In that moment, I realized that sometimes the best things in life happen unexpectedly. What started as a simple phone call had evolved into a treasured friendship, and now we were creating memories together, with the possibility of something more lingering in the air.

As the photoshoot came to an end, we exchanged knowing glances, silently acknowledging the newfound spark between us. While I couldn't predict what the future held, one thing was certain: I was ready to explore the depths of this connection and see where it would lead us.

After the photo shoot, we decided to go out for a late lunch and reflect on how much fun we had during the shoot. Jordan confessed her surprise that I had wanted to be in the pictures with her. I couldn't help but chuckle at her remark.

"Why?" I asked, genuinely curious.

"Well, we were standing close in some of them, and I don't want people to get the wrong idea or anything," she explained, taking a bite of her food.

I paused for a moment, contemplating her words. "Jordan, fuck what others think. It doesn't matter. We had fun, and that's the most important part," I replied, reassuringly.

A smile graced her lips as she nodded in agreement. "You're right. It truly was a lot of fun," she admitted.

As we continued our conversation, I couldn't help but feel a growing connection between us. It was a comfortable and natural bond, and I found myself wanting to know more about her experiences over the past four years. So, I mustered up the courage to ask about the guy she had been "seeing" while we were also involved.
