It was his first serious job, security clearances for the Ambassador- Elizabeth Prentiss.
And he was already bad at it, at first he was excited working for her but he didn't expect to be a babysitter to her 19 years old daughter who was extremely rude and constantly felt the urge to run away, get drunk smoke and get in trouble. in fact that's what he's doing now looking for her.

He found her at a bar, the same one she went last time, it's like she doesn't try to hide he thought, he went in with his dark suit and blue tie he's been doing this for awhile but he still felt uncomfortable and out of place in that place "let's just get over with this" he muttered to himself and that was when he saw her, she looked beautiful he thought, her hair was slightly curled, reaching her shoulders she wore a black dress and was talking to some guy.

The guy looked more drunk then her but it didn't seem to reduce his interest in her if anything it just made him act more affectionately Aaron stared at her, she didn't seem to feel the same in fact she looked bored, they finally locked eyes and she rolled hers at the sight of him.

"why are you here again agent?" She said loudly clearly a bit more drunk than he assumed.

Aaron snapped out of his thoughts when he noticed she was starting to stand up she patted the guy on the back clearly using him as support she started sloppy walking towards Aaron annoyed at him for making her get up she felt so heavy.

"you already know you shouldn't be here, it's late and you left again without anyone knowing. Your mother is worried" he said instantly, she let out a small chuckle Aaron found it cute but he didn't react, his mask still perfectly intact.

"yeah right... whatever let's just go you look like a damn statue standing here like this" before they left the bar the guy called Emily's name she signed, closing her eyes and then turned to face him with a fake smile "oh hey! I was just about to leave I'm in a hurry, you know..." she said pointing at Aaron, suddenly happy having him there, he was the perfect excuse to leave.

"oh, well, when we'll meet again?" He said smiling not taking the hint

"I don't know I'm moving soon, actually I really really needs to leave now it was so nice meeting you Steve!" Then she just turned her back to them and clumsily walked out of the bar leaving both Steve and Aaron alone, giving up on trying to find better explanation. Aaron quickly followed her but not before hearing him called

"my name is not even Steve!" He yelled behind them Aaron couldn't help the smirk on his face.

He was out looking for her again

"am I going to wait long?" She said behind him hugging herself Aaron tried not to look surprised, when did she even get there? He was speechless.

"No, I parked the car close we should start going" she didn't answer just nodding shortly she was busy freezing it wasn't really a cold night but she didn't have anything on apart from the dress and the wind sent shivers down her spine, Aaron quickly took off his jacket and hand it over to her she was too tired to protest so she just took it quietly thanking him.

On the drive back she was silent looking out of the window fighting the urge to fall asleep, he looked at her from time to time admiring her, her eyes, her long lashes and her red lips.

"you are staring agent" she said without looking at him obviously she felt his glances.
"am I?" a small smile appeared on his face

"look at the road I don't wanna die, before I get to leave that place" she said finally looking at him, he laughed Emily didn't expect his laugh to be so contagious she immediately joined him and laughed.

maybe she had too many drinks.

"you know it wasn't his name right?" He said giving her another look, she just looked at him, clueless.
"what?" He found it funny "Steve, it wasn't his name" Emily raised her eyebrows

"but does it really matter agent?" She said with a bit of humour "then why did you meet with him in the first place?" He said, for some reason Aaron found himself drawn to her and he was curious, hungry for more information.

"well I don't know maybe I just wanted a free drink" she answered and a full smile with dimples spread on her face and Aaron couldn't help but give her his as well.

Emily didn't know that but he found her smile not less contagious than she found his laugh.
She is here for a vacation before she's heading to Yale Aaron believed that maybe in that time he will find she is not as bad as he thought.
