Harley was currently checking the air pressure of his front tires when she poked on his arm. He stood straight and smiled at her.
HARLEY
Tara na?
MARTY
May nakakalimutan ka ata?
Harley opened his arms and Marty gladly took the hug she requested from him, burying her face in his chest.
HARLEY
Na-miss kita.
Marty looked up and she noticed the smile lingering on his lips. It became wider, especially when he noticed how her eyes were gleaming while looking at him so softly, he couldn't help dipping a kiss on the tip of her nose.
HARLEY
Na-miss talaga kita.
MARTY
Okay. Same.
HARLEY
Ang daya. Sabihin mo rin.
Umiling si Marty. But then, Harley gave her another kiss on her left cheek, and then to the other.
HARLEY
Ayan?
MARTY
Ayaw ko. Ikaw 'yong may sasabihin 'di ba?
HARLEY
Ah . . .
MARTY
Ano 'yon? Sabihin mo na, now na. Mainipin prinsesa mo.
HARLEY
Gano'n ba?
Marty nodded. Tightening her embrace around his waist. She waited for another second. Harley closed in their gap when he decided to kiss her again on her cheek, then bringing his lips close to her ear so he could whisper what he wanted to say to her ever since Christmas day.
HARLEY
