Annabelle fell asleep,
She was standing in a room, hospital room, and saw her mother. Annabelle had never met her mother but had seen pictures. Her Nan was also there.

Annabelle was now in another room and saw two beds. It was the orphanage. In one bed was Annabelle and the other Charlie. There was signs at the end of the bed saying names. She saw Mrs Dunton come in with a family.
"And these are the only twins we have here."
They looked at the babies, baby Annabelle cried and Charlie looked happy.

Charlie was taken away and the family said they would never tell Charlie that she was a twin.
Annabelle woke up,
She was a twin and Charlie was the other part of it.
