(3rd Person POV)

Celthin. Celthin was the only one who could do this. Mania needed to find him.

"H-He has to be at the stage." Mania muttered. She attempted to run to the stage, but the panicked crowd slowed her down,

"Fucking- move! Get out of my way!" Mania shouted, but her voice fell on deaf ears. Mania began to get shoved around, eventually starting back at zero,

"Shit... shit!" Mania exclaimed,

"I-I should've known! I should've caught on sooner! Why didn't I notice?!" She scolded herself. Just then, she heard a voice,

"Mania!!" Looking up, Mania noticed Kokichi and Gonta through the crowd. The trio shoved their way to each other. Gonta was the first to embrace Mania tightly,

"Gonta so worried! What happened?!" He asked panicked,

"This is Celthin's doing right?!" Kokichi asked, "Why the hell would he do this?!"

"I-I don't know!" Mania exclaimed, trying to be heard among the crowd, "W-We need to find..."

"GET AWAY FROM ME!!" Mania's eyes widened hearing Leon's voice,

"...our classmates." She muttered. Kokichi and Gonta were confused, as Mania activated her Heightened Sense. Her classmates. They were among the panicked demons too. They couldn't leave them.

"...follow me!!" Mania exclaimed, running off. Kokichi and Gonta quickly followed suite. Despite the panicked crowd, Mania didn't lose her path. She made a b-line right to Leon.

Leon was huddled up near the stage of his Battler. His hands were gripping his hair tightly as a shadow loomed over him,

"Why, why can't you just fucking leave me alone Kanon?" He asked, his own pride barely holding back his tears,

"LEON!" Mania shouted. Leon blinked and looked up right as Mania grabbed the shadow by its head and slammed it into the ground at a record speed,

"Holy shit!!" Leon exclaimed shocked,

"Leon! Are you okay?" Mania grabbed Leon by the shoulders,

"H-How did you- why did you- you just killed her!" Leon exclaimed confused,

"It isn't real!" Mania retorted, "None of these stupid fucking idiots are real!"

"What?" Leon blinked confused, "B-But I-"

"It's not real!" Mania repeated, "Say it with me! It's not real!"

"I-Its not real?"

"Like you mean it!! It's not real!"

"It's not real...!" At that moment, Leon looked at the shadow. He blinked shocked,

"She- it turned into a shadow!"

"See?" Mania laughed relieved, "It's okay! It's just a mind trick!" Leon was silent before he hugged Mania,

"...thanks." He muttered. The two stood back up as Gonta and Kokichi arrived,

"J-Jeez Mania! Y-You're way too fast!" Kokichi panted, before noticing the shadow,

"Uh- it's standing back up!"

"Shit..." the two looked at the shadow before it was promptly electrocuted by wires,

"Mondo?" Mania muttered confused. Instead of Mondo, Daiya ran over, holding his cane like it was his saving grace,

"A-Are you all okay?" He asked,

"Yeah..." Leon sighed, wiping away the tears that formed during his shadow encounter, "W-Where is everyone?"
