the nursery part 1

We go up early the next morning and head to the hardware store.

"Alright let's pick out colors we don't know what it is yet so we can't do blue or pink." He said

" why don't we do a theme instead it's more gender neutral?"

" I like that idea, baby themes. Hmm what about safari animals or ocean animals. Or we could do an outer space theme."

" awww I love that idea lets go with the outer space that way we can paint some of the stars." We head to the paint section and pick up blue, white, red and black. And go back to the house. I put on some biker shorts and one of his old tee shirts.

We lay a tarp down on the floors and get to work with the black paint.

" Should we still go back to school?" He said making a mess with the brush.

" I think we should it's our senior year and why drop out when we can just complete it. Plus we have the permission from the school to leave."

" What about you? Do you think the kids will make fun of you?"

" no they won't say shit to me."

"Ok."

" when do you start your new job?"

" Wednesday."
