Kirito rose with the first light of dawn and made his way to the backyard. With his sword in hand, he began his practice routine, the blade slicing through the crisp morning air. As he moved through his forms, he couldn't help but reflect on how far he had come since entering this virtual world. The fierce battles, the friendships he had forged, and the skills he had honed.

Kirito looked at the rings adorning his fingers and he whispered to himself, "It's still not enough." With a determined spirit, he continued his training, pushing himself further with every strike of his sword.

As Kirito continued his intense training, focused and determined, a gentle rustling of leaves caught his attention. Turning towards the sound, he was greeted by the sight of Yukime. She stood there, her tails swaying gracefully behind her, and a warm smile gracing her face.

"Good morning, Kirito-kun," Yukime said, her voice soft and friendly. "Your dedication is truly inspiring." Kirito, surprised but pleased by her presence, paused in his training to return her smile.

Kirito greeted Yukime with a warm smile and said, "Good morning, Yukime. You didn't have to wake up this early, you know."

Yukime winked and replied, "Waking up early is the key to hard work and success, Kirito-kun. I've got a lot of things to do, just like you with your training."

Kirito nodded, appreciating her dedication, and continued his training with newfound determination, spurred on by Yukime's words of motivation.

Two weeks had passed since Kirito had saved Yukime. The poor girl had found herself without family and a home, lost in the harsh world. Uncertain of her future, Kirito extended a helping hand and brought her to Midgar Kingdom after completely healing her wounds. In these two weeks, Yukime had begun to find her footing and started to look up to Kirito with immense respect and gratitude for his kindness and support. She felt like she had found a new family and Kirito had become her guiding light.

As the days passed, Yukime and Kirito's bond grew stronger. The two of them started living together in a cosy inn on the outskirts of the Midgar Kingdom. While Yukime was physically older than Kirito by about four years, their age difference didn't seem to bother him. Mentally, Kirito was more mature.

At first, Yukime found it challenging to adapt to the ways of human lifestyles. The customs, technology, and intricacies of Midgar were all new to her. However, her intelligence shone through, and she quickly grasped the nuances of this world. In a surprisingly short time, she became more knowledgeable than Kirito himself about various aspects of their surroundings.

Yukime's blend of daring and wisdom was something that Kirito truly appreciated. She could navigate the complexities of this world that often impressed him. As a Beastkin, she possessed unique insights and skills that set her apart. Kirito once commented, "When we spar, Yukime has a graceful way of fighting that I've never seen before. She's not just strong; she's a true martial artist."

Indeed, while Yukime's Beastkin heritage did grant her remarkable physical abilities, she took particular pride in her magic skills. She considered herself more of a mage than a warrior, and her magical talents were a testament to her dedication and hard work. Yukime had a deep understanding of various types of magic, and she could seamlessly weave spells that ranged from elemental manipulations to healing incantations. Her proficiency in magic was something she held in high regard.

Yukime recognized Kirito's untapped potential in magic, and she decided to help him harness this latent ability. She started daily lessons, patiently guiding him through the intricacies of magic. However, she often emphasized that it wasn't just about increasing the power of his magic, but rather refining and polishing it.
