Chapter 47- Secrets

Chapter 47

Nandito ako sa condo ni Freya ngayon, particularly sa kwarto niya, nag chat ito na mauna na ako pumunta rito kasi medyo malalate ito, pero I have my passcode na sa unit nito.

Gaya nga ng sinabi niya dito kami mag didinner at magtatake out nalang daw ito ng kakainin namin.  Actually, dumerecho na ko rito after namin magchikahan ni Blair, syempre nakwento ko na sakanya na kami na except sa intimate scene, samin nalang ni Freya yun.  Pero nangungulit ito sa detalye pero bahala siya. 

Nakwento ko rin kay Blair yung about sa pag-uusap namin ni Aya sa open field.  And she felt really sad for Aya.  Naaawa rin siya rito kasi napapansin na rin niya yung kakaibang awra nito lately. 

I know I hurt Aya, but I made sure not to lead her on. I believe she'll move on, and all I can do is check up on her from time to time because I know how destructive depression can be. I genuinely hope she finds her happiness, just as I have found mine.

I'm also keeping that sketch Freya made of me with a romantic poem written on it. She's incredibly sweet. The book she gave me, I haven't unwrapped it yet, but one of these days, I will. I'm keeping everything she gave me, even that little pebble. That's how much I value her and the things she's shared with me.

I'm pretty sure naman matatanggap siya ni mom and dad.  Wala naman sigurong magiging problema, natanggap nga ni dad si Adriana.  Si mom naman, alam kong she's just cool with it.  Siguro sa una baka madisappoint siya, pero I know naman na matatanggap at matatanggap din niya if ever man dumating yung time na handa na kaming mag out.

Naputol ang pagmumuni muni ko ng ka ng biglang tumunog ang notification ng phone ko.  Nag message lang naman si Freya sa iMessage.  She was asking kung ano ba yung gusto kong kainin.

I couldn't help but grin at the thoughts running through my mind. I was about to compose a decent reply, but my naughty side took over.

                                                                                                 "Ikaw" I replied

" I'm serious here" she replied

"Seryoso rin ako, but I'm fine with anything"

"Do you like Braised Lamb Shanks in Red Wine Reduction?"

                                                                                                 "That will do"

Nagheart react lang ito at hindi na nag reply pa.  I'm pretty sure matatagalan pa ito, kaya naman sa inip ay naisipan kong ikutin ang kabuuan ng unit niya. 

I found myself idly wandering around Freya's meticulously organized condo while waiting for her. The symmetry and precision of her living space were a testament to her exceptional organizational skills.

Every item had its designated place, from the tastefully arranged decor to the neatly arranged shoes in her walk-in closet. Freya's attention to detail was awe-inspiring.

Habang patuloy na nag-iikot ikot ay hindi ko maiwasang mamangha sa kanya.  Pero may isa na naman akong naisip.  Yung door na nasa kwarto niya.  The idea piqued my curiosity, leading me to the door adjacent to her library.

Aya's words echoed in my mind – the mention of Freya's tendency to hide secrets within the pages of her books.  Hindi naman sa pagiging pakelamera, baka kasi may tinatago siyang litrato ko or what sa mga libro niya.
