 Kirk did indeed get a call from Starfleet granting him permission to divert to Vulcan by T'Pau a Vulcan diplomat, judge and philosopher though he began to wonder why and he went to Spock's quarters to find out and find out he did for Spock was surprisingly open well as open as a Vulcan allowed himself to be about what was happening to him and Kirk had a feeling it was because of the sleeping Kitsune laying on Spock's bed that the man was so open about it and once Kirk leaves Spock's quarters Spock once again lays on his bed and once again cuddles his body up against Anansa's he may not be able to have her like he wants to but this is enough.... for now for he doesn't want to lose her and he most certainly won't reject her in any sort of way in many ways and for many reasons he hopes this marriage doesn't happen he's just not looking forward to having to kill anyone just to get what he wants he was of course ordered to complete his physical by the Captain but right now at least in his mind holding the woman he loves like he is now was more important and he hopes the Captain will understand for at this very moment she is the only thing that keeps him calm that holds the pain he feels at bay just as she always has been but so much more especially when his body is going through what it is going through right now in many ways he believes she understands better than anyone else could and not just because she's half fox.... after Spock wakes up he drinks the tea Anansa who woke up before him had made for him then heads to Sickbay to follow his Captain's orders once his physical was done and over with he returns to his quarters and finds Anansa playing his lute he watches her with a smile on his face then walks over, sits on his bed and listens to her as she finishes her song he's heard her sing but never heard her play and she was quite good at it "shall I continue!?"  she asks "please!"  he replies she plays him another song and his body relaxes to the sound of the beautiful music she was making after she finishes that song she lets him know that she made him some Jumbo Vulcan Mollusk which is a gourmet delicacy from Vulcan, best when sautéed in Rhombolian butter she told him that she almost made Pok Tar but thought it may offend him which made him chuckle and Spiced Tea and he of course enjoyed everything she made him for he like so many others loves her cooking..... when they reach Vulcan Anansa decides to not only hide her tails but her ears once more Spock doesn't find this out till he saw T'Pring's attention is brought to someone who walks onto the Bridge as he is speaking with his soon to be wife "Spock it is I"  T'Pring says "T'Pring parted from me and never parted never and always touching and touched we meet at the appointed place"  Spock replies T'Pring's eyes dart just for a second away from Spock as the Turbolift doors are heard opening then she says "Spock parted from me and never parted never and always touching and touched I await you"  Uhura says "she's lovely, Mr. Spock who is she?"  Spock replies "she is T'Pring.... my wife"  Christine who stands by Bones stares at him with a surprised expression on her face she wasn't the only one who was surprised Bones and Kirk were as well once the Viewscreen shuts off Spock turns to see who had grabbed T'Pring's attention his eyes widen when he sees Anansa completely hide herself she was also wearing the one thing she said she'd never wear one of the female uniform skirt/skorts and he becomes angry then storms over to her he grabs her arm roughly and pulls her into the Turbolift once the doors shut he growls angrily "what do you think you're doing!?!"  she replies calmly "I'm going with you"  he growls the anger still evident in his tone "not like that you're not!"  she replies calmly "think about what I told you Spock, think back to the slight change in her expression when she saw me and try to figure out where her mind went, think of your rules for this marriage.... do you honestly think she doesn't have a plan!? that she herself doesn't have another "mate"!? that she will devote herself only to you and come onto the Enterprise to live with you!? after all it has been who knows how many years since you two have seen each other.... she looks like someone of high standing who seems very comfortable where she is, she may even be used to getting her way and as a Vulcan I would expect her to be almost if not more logical than you can be at times"  he allows a small smile to appear along the corner of his lips "I figured they'd be more comfortable with this form and I know it makes you angry to see it so you can use that anger in whatever is to come, yes I was told you were arranged to be married as a child I was not however told what the marriage entails so I know less of what to expect than Kirk and Bones who I believe you must have invited to it as your plus two which is going to become a three no matter what you say! I've beaten you before Spock you know I can handle whatever you throw at me including your anger!"  she tells him his smile grows and he nods though he is not quite sure what she meant by her first question for he cannot think of what she had told him that would pertain to this "besides we could always say I'm Romulan, I have been wondering how they would treat one who comes to your home planet!"  she says he laughs.... Kirk, Bones, Anansa and Spock beam down to Vulcan and walk towards the ancestral lands of Spock's family where the koon-ut-kal-if-fee is taking place "this is the land of my family it has been held by us for more than 2,000 Earth years this is our place of koon-ut-kal-if-fee"  Spock tells his companions then he walks even further onto the grounds and the other three follow "he called it Koon-ut.... what?"  Bones asks Anansa chuckles Kirk smiles then says "he described it to me as meaning "marriage" or "challenge" in the distant past, Vulcans killed to win their mates"  Bones replies "and they still go mad at this time"  Anansa chuckles then asks with a smile "wouldn't you!?!"  Kirk chuckles "everyone knows you would Captain!"  she says Bones laughs they hear the sound of a gong as Spock starts the ceremony "I wonder when his T'Pring arrives"  Bones says Spock walks over to where they stand and says "the marriage party approaches I hear them"  he looks at Anansa who smiles at him and even though he dislikes her changing herself like this he still loves her smile "marriage party? you said T'Pring was your wife"  Kirk replies "by our parents arrangement a ceremony.... while we were but 7 years of age less than a marriage but more than a betrothal one touches the other in order to feel each others thoughts in this way, our minds were locked together so that at the proper time, we would both be drawn to.... koon-ut-kal-if-fee"  Spock says bells can be heard jingling in the distance everyone turns their attention to the other side of the ritual area and Spock walks back over to the gong and lightly hits it with its mallet then the wedding party is seen walking into the area....
