The Good Old Days are Back

Shub landed in India for the event of 14th. His eyes clearly were narrating the story of unslept nights. He hadn't been able to sleep for 3 straight nights because of all the mad travel. His team was furious. But Shub was content. He had invested that time in sorting a very important part of his peace, his life. He literally had to wear goggles for the night event, his eyes looked that sleepy.

Shub's Team: "If you would have told us, we would have managed it well."

Shub: "Ohh please! Last time kya amazing manage kiya tha aaplogo ne, I saw it very well."

Shub's Team: "But still Shub. This is our work. We would have handled it."

Shub: "Yes, you handle everything else. But anything related to Sara, only I am going to manage. I do not trust anybody else with it."

Shub's Team couldn't say anything else. They knew they had messed it up earlier. They also got a very clear picture of what Sara meant to Shub. So there was no messing up with that ever again.

Shub saw Jugnu and Agni coming towards him, he went to them and gave them a tight hug. They were clueless ki ye achanak change of heart kaise ho gaya. Shub was never this expressive, forget giving hugs.

Jugnu: "Isko kya hua ?"
Agni: "Bhagwaan jaane."
Jugnu: "Oo hello! Sir jee. Kahan gayab the aap? Na koi pata, na koi khabar.?"
Shub: "In Hungary. With Sara."
Agni: "Hungary jaake wapas bhi aa gaya tu?Bhai? 12 ghante ki flight hai."
Shub: "Toh tujhe kya lagta hai, raat me andhon ki tarah goggles chadha ke ghumne ka shauk hai mujhe ?"

Saying this he took off his goggles to show both of them his swollen eyes because of no sleep.

Jugnu: "Have you lost it ? Bro, tabyat kharab ho jayegi. You cannot afford it right now."

Shub: "Jugnu bhai, what I cannot afford was loosing Sara. Aur vo ho jana tha agar is baar main nahi gaya hota toh."

Jugnu. "Kaisi hain bhabhi ?"

Shub: "Khoobsurat, as always." The blush Shub gave saying this, Jugnu and Agni knew, the season of love was back, yet again.

There was one thing that Shub and Sara had never realised, but their friends always knew. It was that, both of them were totals keepers. They both had childhood friends who later went ahead to be a part of their businesses or ventures, in short continued being their friends in adulthood too. Be it Subeer, KP for Shub or Alysha, Alaviaa for Sara. In the storm called life, both Sara and Shub never left their friends behind, they walked it with them, through it all. So, how could they not do the same when in Love ? Shub and Sara's friends always knew they will sustain it all. Keeping their close ones intact was their love language. They both were totally similar in this regard.

The shoot was hectic but seemed like Shub was back from Hungary with some special antidote. He kept smiling during the entire shoot. He was not getting pissed off with multiple re-shoots too, unlike every other time. His team was shocked, while he simply kept blushing. That was the magic of SARA. After the shoot got over, he himself asked the team:

"Haaan bhai, aur kuch karna hai ? Ya ho gaya sab ?"
Shub's Team: "Ho gaya sab, Shub. You are so different today."
Shub: "Who me ? I am in the best of my mood today. Jo bhi aur pending hai sab karwa lo aaj. Haven't slept since 3 nights but never felt this alive either."

The smile wasn't leaving his face.

Shub was to be home for Diwali this year. Sara had to, had to be in London. In the past one year, Shub had accepted Siddharth to be Sara's friend. Now it didn't bother him if she said she was going to meet him or anything like that. He had learnt to trust Sara and also their relationship. Also, he had met him a couple of times socially so it wasn't that bad now.
