SUMMARY:
Y/n Jackson remembered glimpses of her father when she was a little kid. She had only been around four or five years old when her father left a few months after her little brother was born. Ever since then, it's only ever been her, her little brother and their mom... and her unfortunate and horrible stepdad.
Growing up, she's always seen strange things, things that both her and her little brother would see ever since they were little. Things that scared Sally Jackson for when her children were older and she'd have to take them to the safe place.
When it was time, Y/n didn't believe anything her mother told her and her brother about the gods until she saw her best friend and brother's best friend's legs that weren't the usual like every other human in the world.
And when she arrives in Camp Half Blood, she doesn't know what to think.
Arrow Thatcher was the best archer in Camp Half Blood and best friends with the best swordsman in the camp. When he first saw the eldest Jackson sibling, he felt time freeze while he admired her. And he didn't hesitate to try and impress her.
Y/n felt like she could trust him, which is why she chose him to join the quest with her and her brother.
