A 37 year old Cardiologist. Abhimanyu Birla's biggest support professionally, very efficient, Second in Command of Birla Hospitals, a brother to Abhimanyu and extended family to the Birlas. A very loyal person who married Dr.Anahita, the love of his life. Their love story was still the hot topic amongst the staff of Birla Hospitals. Survived the tragic death of his parents and believes in facing problems head on. A loving Chachu to Roohi and Abhir. He is someone who stood by Abhimanyu when he was at his lowest. Admires his Bhai a lot and can do anything for the Birlas, the only family he has. Has the brains and the brawns. He has too much gratitude towards Abhimanyu and his family. He and his wife are coping from something painful with a hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

A 30 year old Cardiac Surgeon just like Abhimanyu. His successor. She is witty, charming, clumsy and also a trouble magnet. Assisted Abhimanyu and was trained by him to be the administrator of the hospital in his absence. Faced Abhimanyu's wrath the most but she is closest to him after her husband. She was an orphan who found a family after joining Birla Hospital as an intern. She feel in love with Rohan and their marriage gave her a family she always craved for. She is self-made and worked her way up to success. She is loved by the extended family and pampered by Abhimanyu and Neil. Perks of being their only sister. Life wasn't kind to her earlier, but she survived. She stood like a rock during Abhir's custody battle and she played a crucial part in Abhir's recovery. Life was again testing her and she was putting up a brave face with her husband standing strong by her side.
