~Nyx's pov~

I was the first one to wake up. As soon as I realised Jacob's hand under my head, I struck up, and saw around.

Daphne and Andy were sleeping.

Autumn jumped in on my lap and slept again.

I just stroked her, not knowing what to do.

"Hey, good morning." Jacob said.

I was startled by the sudden voice.

"You scared me!" I whisper yelled.

He just laughed and patted Autumn too.

"When did I fall asleep?" I asked.

"Just around an hour or so, of reading. I didn't want to wake you up by taking my hand out from under your head. so I just slept beside you." He said.

"Oh, okay."

"But, anyway, I've gotta get ready, today's Gryffindors vs Slytherins. You'll come see it right?"

"Ofcourse" I smiled.

He said bye to Autumn and pecked my cheeks as he left.

~Jacob's POV~

As I was on my way back to my dorm, I bumped into Rune.

"Hey, Jake, what are you doing in girl's dormitory section?" He made a questioning look.

"I could ask the same thing."

He made a suspicious look but then let go.

"I was just about to check on Nyx, she wasn't there for Dinner yesterday."

"I was not in dinner too! Don't you care about me?!?!?" I joked.

"Haha, no. I knew you wouldn't be."

"How would you know."

"Sinistra gave you the project, for astronomy, to take notes on the moon so, I assumed you'd be there. Weren't you?"

"Right, yeah, I was- I was in the Astronomy Tower."

"But you changed the topic." He smirked and asked, "any girl?"

I just kept my cool and nodded.

"C'mon dude. You got youself a girlfriend and not even tell your bestfriend!" He said.

"You'll see her at the Yule Ball with me." I just smirked.

"Okay. Anyway, I gotta go, see you at breakfast." He said.

"See you at breakfast."

~Nyx's POV~

As soon as Jake left, I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I was about to turn on the shower when I heard a knock.

I went to open it but Daphne already did.

"Hey, Rune. What are you doing here?" Daph asked.

"Good morning to you too Miss Greengrass. I'm here to see my sister."

I couldn't see Daphne's face, but she definitely did some expression.

"She's inside." She opened the door and let him in.
