"Jungkook, what's wrong?" Lisa walked over and helped him up.
As soon as her hand touched Jungkook's, she felt a cold and wet patch on her hand.
The wine on Jungkook's hand had been mixed with red blood, and his hand was full of small wounds. Some of them had already formed scabs, and some seemed to have been torn open again after the scabs had formed.
Lisa felt the pain just looking at it.

"What's wrong with you? What's going on?" Lisa frowned as she looked at the broken wine bottle on the ground.
Had Jungkook smashed the wine bottle earlier?
"I had too much to drink and accidentally knocked it over. Then, I pressed my hand on it." Jungkook wasn't as cold and calm as usual. Instead, there were faint tears in his eyes.
He was acting like a boyfriend who was complaining to his girlfriend.
"Get up, I'll help you bandage it." Lisa reached out to pull Jungkook up.
But of course, she couldn't move a man who almost stood two meters tall. After stumbling, she was pulled to the ground by Jungkook.
Jungkook didn't let her fall to the ground. Instead, he used himself as a human cushion to catch Lisa and slowly put her on his lap.
He hugged her from behind.
It looked like an ordinary hug, but Lisa felt his arms and legs holding her with protective ferocity, not letting her leave.
"What's wrong?" Lisa felt Jungkook's vulnerability and asked softly. She did not struggle.
"Don't leave me, okay?" Jungkook's voice was soft, and his breath gushed into her ears. His voice was almost pleading.
"Don't worry, I won't leave you."
Jungkook shook his head and leaned against Lisa's shoulder like a child.
"Please, please don't leave me. It wasn't easy for you to come back. Don't leave me."
Lisa sighed in her heart.
The original Lisa had truly hurt Jungkook too many times before, and just one misunderstanding without any evidence seemed to be enough to make Jungkook's defense collapse.
"You're acting like this because you saw me go to the hospital, right?" Lisa said slowly.
The air was silent for a moment, and a small voice came from beside her. "Yes."
"Why didn't you just ask me about it?" Lisa asked.
"What?" Jungkook was a little confused.
"Ask me why I was at that same hospital as Mingyu."
Jungkook didn't reply and just leaned his head on her shoulder like a spoiled child.
"My father might have to undergo surgery soon, so I went to the hospital to help him settle down.," Lisa said.
Like a child who had done something wrong, Jungkook lowered his head even more.
"I won't leave you, don't worry," Lisa said.
Jungkook sighed. "I don't know why, but I have a feeling that you're going to leave me. You're going to sneak away one night."
"I won't," Lisa said.
She could feel Jungkook's deep affection for the original Lisa.
If anything, these feelings should not be for her. They should be for the soul that had once been in this body.
Lisa almost broke down on the spot. Jungkook's love for the original Lisa was as pure as storybooks get.
The original Lisa had betrayed him time and time again, even stealing his trade secrets and giving them to others. In spite of all that, he chose to forgive her.
When the original Lisa pulled a stunt that endangered her very own life to force the male protagonist to look at her, he finally lost hope.
After that, Jungkook sealed off his love and devoted all his energy to his career.
Under his management, Jeon Group became one of the top companies in the world.
In the midst of all the success, Jungkook was never happy with himself.
He left his family in ruins and sought out the original Lisa, who didn't treat him well at all. In the end, he naturally fell into a long period of loneliness and depression.

She reached out and held Jungkook's hand.
