***********

Lisa made a grab for the man's dagger, but the man suddenly fell backward.

Standing behind the fat man was a man in a black suit. He had a mask and a baseball cap on, but a section of his red hair was exposed.

"Third Brother!" Lisa shouted.

The man subdued Wu Wei, stood up, and wanted to say something to Lisa. The door behind Lisa was suddenly pushed open, and Lisa turned around to look.

!!

Jungkook's men had arrived and surrounded Wu Wei.

Jungkook strode in and held Lisa in his arms. "What took you so long? You made me so worried."

Jungkook's embrace was warm. Lisa looked up to see her Third Brother again, but he was already gone.

"Jungkook," she said, frozen in place. "Someone just saved me, but he vanished."

Jungkook slowly let go of Lisa and frowned. "Vanished? What do you mean?"

Lisa's eyes wandered around. The people who came were all Jungkook's men, and there was no sign of her brother.

"No, he was clearly here just now." Lisa was a little anxious. "He was in a biker's suit."

"A man in the ladies' room?" Jungkook frowned dubiously. However, he still ruffled Lisa's hair. "There are surveillance cameras here. I'll find this person."

Jungkook brought Lisa back to her room.

Lisa's heart was still racing.

Perhaps she could let Jungkook investigate this matter. Jungkook held considerable power over the city, so she could perhaps track down her Third Brother.

However, if he was traveling between two different worlds, it would not be so easy to find him.

Lisa's mood became downcast.

"What's wrong? Do you want to go home?" Jungkook asked.

Lisa shook her head. "No, I just feel like drinking."

Jungkook asked his men to bring whiskey and other spirits.

"You can drink whatever you want. I'm here. Even if you get drunk, I'll protect you."

Lisa nodded and looked at the various drinks on the table. She really needed to drown her sorrows.

Lisa opened the bottle and drank one glass after another.

Why was she here? Why did she have to go through all this? Why did she have to be separated from her brothers? Why had she fallen for this man?

She could not understand it at all.

After several glasses, she finally loosened up. She leaned into Jungkook's arms, her eyes misty.

Jungkook's eyes turned cold. "Let's call it a day, we're going home."

When the others heard Jungkook's words, they quickly left.

After everyone had left, Lisa was still laying on the table. "Why did you all leave? I still want to drink."

Her hand gently wrapped around Jungkook's arm. "I want more. Give me the wine."

The smell of alcohol had mixed with her fragrance. Jungkook felt his mind wandering, and strange thoughts swirled in his mind. He kind of wanted to take that woman right there and then.

However, his rationality won over his lust.

He carried Lisa to the car.

Lisa was barely conscious, talking nonsense in Jungkook's arms.

"What do you think I should do?" Lisa hugged Jungkook, her eyes dazed.

"You said you wouldn't leave me." Jungkook's hot breath blew into her ear.

"I don't know when I'll leave either. What should I do, Jungkook? I don't seem to want to leave you." Lisa sounded sorrowful as she spoke.

A hint of sorrow flashed through Jungkook's eyes.

"I won't. I won't let you leave me this time." He held the woman tightly in his arms.

Lisa soon fell asleep.

Lisa didn't wake up until she was put on the bed by the man.

"Why am I here? Weren't we at Wave Domain?" Lisa's voice was slow. She sat up and looked at the room, feeling a splitting headache.

"You fell asleep, so I brought you back. This is some hangover soup. Have a sip." Jungkook helped Lisa up and fed her the soup, spoon by spoon.

The soup had a sweet, herbal fragrance, and Lisa enjoyed it. She half-squinted her eyes in satisfaction and leaned on Jungkook.

"Jungkook, you're so good. Will you always be this good to me?"

Jungkook hummed in acknowledgment and gently put her back on the bed, helping her into her pajamas.

Lisa lay on the bed and slowly fell asleep.
