"Are you guys excited for prom?" Noelle asks us.

"Tote's excited!" Carlos belted.

"Definitely!" Evie and the others agreed.

"We should go shopping!" I suggested in happiness.

"Yes! To the mall, we go!" Noelle hyped up me and Evie.

"Sorry, girls only." Evie told Sebastian and the rest of the other boys.

"I wanted to go, too..." Carlos trailed off his words.

"Don't worry, you'll get the chance with us, man." Kaleb reassured him.

"Yeah, we'll go to Atlantic Center Mall." Sebastian stated.

"Hey! We're going there too." Noelle said in coincidence.

"Looks like we can all go together!" Jason lifted up the mood.

"I guess so, since we're going to the same mall." Evie tried to contain her sadness since she only wanted to have a girl's day together.

"Yes!" Carlos burst in full excitement, punching his fist in the air.

"Don't worry, next year." I reassured her.

Mike's insisted on driving in my car, but I didn't want him to.

He won me over, unfortunately.

"I could have driven, you know." I glare at him with my arms crossed.

"I know, but you always drive." He tells me, indicating that I need a break from driving all the time.

"True that." Carlos agreed with him.

"That's the first time you both have ever agreed on something." I pointed out.

"Really? I guess I haven't noticed." Carlos told me.

"Unless you're just brain dead." Sebastian told him.

"Hey! I'm not brain dead." He fought back, defending himself.

"Think again." Miles stated.

"And, I won't!" Carlos snapped back.

Suddenly, Miles pressed the brake hard on a red light.

And I thought he was a good driver, smh.

"Do you want to go to the mall?" Miles straight up glared at Carlos.

Carlos shut himself up quickly, and we all sat in silence.

Dang.

Even I can't shut Noelle up sometimes.

After another fifteen minutes, we arrived at the mall. Miles tried to find parking, but there was none. So, he had to park far away, and we walked to the entrance of the mall.

The mall was packed with full of people and children. So many chattering among the mall made me almost go deaf.

"Text Noelle if they're here yet." Sebastian suggested towards me.

I pulled my phone out and messaged Noelle:

Ramona - Hey, you guys here yet?

Out of nowhere, someone behind me yelled, "Boo!"

I screamed out loud and turned around to find Noelle.

"I did not like that at all." I glared at her, crossing my arms in disbelief.

"This is what you're stuck with for the next eighty years." She informed me.

"I will get you back." I say, pointing at her with my finger.
