Jayden's POV

"Hey, man. Did you hear about what happened?" Clark says as soon as I come on school property.

"No, what happened?"

"Our school will be shut down."

"What? Why?"

"Apparently, almost everyone, but a few teachers, was taking the money from our tuition, and putting them towards drugs and prostitutes."

"Are you serious?"

"Yep, and by everyone I mean just that. The headmaster and the owner as well."

"Damn, when are they closing it down?"

"In a week." he tells me.

"Where are we supposed to go to school?"

"They don't know when this all will be cleared up, but they have already faxed our information to Westpoint and Capital. Which ever one you are closer to, is the school you'll be going to in a week."

"Now they tell us. Why didnt they tell us before?"

"I don't know. They dumb as hell." he shrugs his shoulder.

The bell rings and we head to class. All of our classes, we have different teachers. All everyone can talk about is how the school is shutting down. I go back to the hotel and call Evangeline.

"Hello." she answers.

"Hey, what are you doing today?"

"I have work today. I get off tomorrow."

"Well, I have something to tell you. I'll come by on your lunch break."

"Alright, that's fine by me."

"When do you have to be at work?"

"In ten minutes."

"What you doing right now?"

"Changing into my work clothes." I hear rustling.

"So you're naked while on the phone with me?" I wonder.

"No, I'm in my bra and panties."

"Ah, so half-naked then?"

"Yep." she pops the P, "I have to get off the phone. I have to take care of Bandit before I leave."

"Alright, bye."

"Bye, see you at lunch." she hangs up.

I stay in my room and turn on Wild'N Out. I am in the middle of a third episode when my phone starts to ring. I look at it and see that it's my mom. I hit decline and continue watching T.V. My phone rings a few seconds later, and again it's my mom, once again I decline. My phone rings again, and this time it's Mrs. Waits.

"Hello?" I answer the phone.

"Jayden, we need to talk." I hear my mom.

"No, we don't." I start to hang up.

"It's just about your school shutting down." she tells me.

"What about it?"

"Well, since you are closer, you have to go to Westpoint."

"I'm surprised you and that man are letting me go there."

"We didn't want you to, but Kipton is full."
