In the story, four months have passed.

Jayden's POV

"What are you doing?" I ask Evangeline.

We are currently in my bed. I am laying on my stomach at the foot of the bed and she's laying at the head.

"I'm rubbing your butt."

"Why?" I laugh.

"Cause it's mine."

"Well, rub away then."

"What time are we going to the ranch?"

"In an hour. Jayla wants to come."

"Has Dandy spoken to you?"

"Nope. Ever since I told her off, she hasn't said one word to me."

"I can't believe that four months have passed by this fast. In a few more weeks we will have dated for six months."

"Me either."

"How's Mrs. Waits?"

"She's good. She said she likes Denver."

Mrs. Waits moved a month ago to live with her daughter. Also in these four months, Evangeline's dad has sold their old house and now rents a small apartment for him and Evangeline. When she goes off to college, he said that he's going to move closer to his brother.

"I'm glad. I do miss her though." Evangeline says.

"Yeah, me too."

"What are you guys doing today?" Angie barges into my room.

"We're going to the ranch with my sister. Do you guys want to come?"

"Nope, I can't be around anything that stinks, or I throw up." Angie rubs her swollen belly.

"What do you do when you take a shit?" Evangeline looks at her.

"I turn on the fan thingy, pull the trash can close to me, and spray air freshener each time it starts to stink and I leave the door cracked."

"Have you guys came up with names yet?" I ask.

"Yeah, we're going to name it Jordan Alex Deals." she smiles.

"That's cute and it works for both genders." I say.

"Yeah, I can't wait until Monday to find out if it's a boy or a girl."

"Where did you two get the name from?" I ask.

"My granddaddy's name was Jordan and Peanut wanted Alex in there because that is his grandmother's middle name."

"Where's his grandma?" I wonder.

"She lives in England with her husband. They got married when Peanut was twelve and they moved a year ago. That's who he stayed with until he became of age." Evangeline explains.

"What about his actual granddad?"

"Him and his grandma were never married. They had their daughter and stayed together for sometime, before they decided to call it quits. He's in Iraq helping the troops." Angie tells me.
