I do not own Teen Wolf.
Obviously.

"I don't know. It doesn't look like much to me." I told Allison after I finished outlining our bruises.

"It's a pattern. It means something." Allison stated.

"And you really think Scott's gonna know what it is?" Lydia asked AlliCat.

"No, but he might know someone who does." Allison said.

"How are you so sure that it means anything at all?" I asked Allison.

"Because that girl wasn't just looking for Scott. It's like she needed to find him. Like she had to. And that means something." Allison responded.

"Ugh, whatever just call wolf boy again." I told her.

"He's not answering." Allison told me.

"Text him." Lydia suggested from the back.

"Okay he told me where they are. We're gonna meet them at Stiles' friends house. Her names Heather." Allison informed us.

"Her?" I asked, feeling something bubbling in my stomach.

"Yeah, her. Why? Is someone jealous?" Lydia asked, jokingly.

"Oh my god! You are so jealous!" Allison yelled when I didn't respond.

"Am not!" I yelled back, glaring out the window.

"Whatever you say." Lydia hummed while Allison laughed. I hate them both. I am not jealous. God I don't even like Stiles. I don't think. I don't know. I mean he is really cute. And he always gets really nervous around me, which is adorable. And- oh my god. I like Stiles Stilinski.

"We're here." Allison stated, getting out of the car as Scott walked out of the house.

"This isn't the talk we were gonna have, is it?" Scott asked when he saw all three of us step out of the car.

"I need to show you something." Allison said, shaking her head and pulling her sleeve up.

                                 ---

"I don't see anything." Derek stated. We had met up with him about ten minutes ago and we told him about the bruises and showed him them.

   "Look again." Scott demanded.

"How is a bruise gonna tell me where Boyd and Erica are?" Derek questioned.

"It's the same on both sides. Exactly the same." Scott stated.

"It's nothing." Derek said glaring at Lydia, Allison, and I.

"Pareidolia. Seeing patterns that aren't there. It's a subset of apophenia." I said.

"They're trying to help." Scott informed Derek.

"These three. These two, who used me to resurrect my psychotic uncle. Thank you." Derek said, pointing at Lydia and I as I hummed in response. "And this one, who shot about 30 arrows into me and my pack." Derek finished, glaring at Allison.

"Okay, all right, now come on. No one died, all right? Look, there may have been a little maiming, okay, a little mangling, but no death. That's what I call an important distinction." Stiles stated.

"My mother died." Allison said, glaring at Derek.

"Your family's little honor code killed your mother, not me." Derek told Allison.
