Chapter - 88 - When Heart meets Legacy
Dawn is taking on her mom, Johanna in a battle to secure her place in the semi finals. Will she be able to exceed expectations or will it end here?

"Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the first quarter final battle between Wallace and Aria!"
Marian voice boomed over the filled stadium, now taking over as emcee again. The two sisters kept switching after each battle. Vivian was now part of the judges again.
"With only thirty seconds left, the scores dead even and only one Pokémon on either side, who will be able to pull off this win?"
Narrator: We join our heroes in the stands as Ash, Serena and Kaylie watch Aria face off against Wallace, the renowned contest champion.
Wallace was down to his Milotic while Aria had only her Delphox left. A mismatch in Wallace's favour but with Aria's incredible skill, the battle went toe to toe.
Brock had joined Dawn in order to prepare herself for the next upcoming battle against none other than her very own mom, Johanna. Meanwhile, May and Drew each were busy with their own preparations.
"Aria is in a tough spot!" Ash exclaimed, his voice uncertain. "It will be hard to pull off a win here."
Serena had to admit. Wallace was extremely good. He was actually one of the favourites to win this tournament and his incredible skill and elegance was on full display here.
"I wish I could battle with Milotic like this..." she murmured in complete awe. Wallace had blown her expectations completely away by the way he commanded his Pokémon.
Just as Milotic launched a powerful Hydro Pump, Aria called out, "Delphox, Flame Charge to speed up. Then, spin and dodge!"
Delphox raced forward, igniting itself in flames as it jumped and spun, narrowly avoiding a head on collision with water.
"Oh my..." Wallace muttered, eyes wide.
"Now! Mystical Fire, full power!"
With a swift motion of her wand, Delphox unleashed a massive storm of fire, engulfed with fiery rings. The searing flames cut through the air, striking Milotic directly.
The crowd gasped as Milotic staggered, then fell.
*DING*
"Milotic is unable to battle! Delphox wins and Aria advances!" Marian announced, the stadium erupting in cheers.
"Incredible..." Serena murmured to herself as Ash and Kaylie celebrated together. She glanced down at her Pokéballs inside her bag. "Beating Shauna won't be easy... and if we do so, beating Aria will be even more difficult..." She thought.
