Oh where, oh where, can my baby be? The Lord took her away from! She's gone to Heaven, so I've got to be good, so I can see my baby when I leave this world.

You and George were driving home late one night, talking and giggling, telling each other sweet things.

"George! Look out!"

Dead ahead there was a stalled car, the engine, dead. George couldn't stop, so he swerved to the right.

He'll never forgot the sound that night...

You screamed, as you both flew forward.

George awoke to rain, people standing everywhere, something warm dripping thru his eye.

He didn't care, he looked over, and saw you.

He lifted you up, and held your head, fearing that you were dead. You drew a breath, "Hold me darling for a little while."

He held you close, and you kissed your last kiss. And you died in your babies arms.

Now George knows he got to be good, so he can see his baby when he leaves this world.
