So, I planned on writing this chapter waaay sooner than this. Like I had half of this written last weekend and planned on finishing it this week but my assistant principal at school gave me 'Reflection Room' (Detention) Thursday after school because he claimed I wasn't prepared for class because I was 1 minute late. So, I wasted time in detention after school and didn't get to write but I did have to write a one page paper in detention about why I got there and what I learned from that experience. It was sooo stupid. And I've pretty much had band practice everyday this week after school. :/

And I'm thinking about making another book. Now, this next book is DEFINITELY gonna be the last book. I know I've said that about all of these books but I'm serious about this next one. I feel like it's too much going on in this book for it all to be resolved at the end of the book so I'm going to make another book. I have two titles:

So Far Gone

A Family Affair

Which one do you guys like? Pick the ONE you like the best and tell me what you want to see happening in this next book. And fyi, not too much time will be passing in the next book. Maybe a few months but up to a year, but tell me what you guys want to see happening in the next book. Tell me about any characters that you want as the main character or characters and which ones you don't want to have a POV anymore.

And P.S.: This book is FAR from being finished.

Theodore III

I woke up the next morning, dreading coming out of my room. Aubrey stayed over again last night but he didn't say anything to me and he hasn't said anything to me all morning either. After Tee Tee threw that drink on him last night, I wouldn't blame him for not talking to her but I don't understand why he's not talking to me. I haven't done anything wrong. All I've done is be a good friend to him. I've opened up my house for him and let him spend the night with me the past couple of nights, yet he still finds a way to be upset about everything and blame everything on me just because he's not content with his own life.

I showered and got cleaned up before going downstairs to meet my Dad in his office. He told me to meet him down here by eight this morning. It's almost nine and I know he's gonna be pissed but it's not my fault I had to shower and get cleaned up at the same time Aubrey was. And he was taking forever in the shower. I tapped twice on his office door and stepped inside once he said I could come in. I took a deep breath as I sat down in the chair in front of his desk, expecting the worse. He was pissed off and I could tell he was since he was already drinking so early in the morning.

"So," I began, trying to make conversation in this awkward silence but I could tell Dad wasn't feeling it today.

He held his hand up, stopping me from speaking. "Don't say shit to me right now.  Just be quiet for awhile."

I nodded my head and leaned back against my seat, taking in the silence like he told me to. I wasn't feeling the silence. After last night and how he smacked the taste out of my mouth, it's really awkward between us. I was pissed off last night when he smacked me and I wanted to fight him back but I knew better than to do that. Dad works out in the gym we've got at home every single day so it's no point in trying to fight him because I know I'll lose. And if I had tried to fight him, Grandpa would've jumped in and he would've really fucked me up.

And since I'm going to a new school next week, I couldn't come in with a disfigured face. I already have a busted lip that's extremely swollen, I'm to trying to come in with anything else wrong with me. Plus, my Mama's going to be teaching at the same school I'm going to. That's already enough embarrassment. I'm probably gonna be the laughing stock of the whole school when I show up there. My Mom's a teacher there, I have a fucked up face, my grades ain't shit, I can't play sports since Mama won't let me, Mama and Pops already said they're taking away my expensive clothes so I'm gonna look basic and I'm a teen father with two babies on the way.
