A song to make you blush

This day started as something else, very different than others. It was an usual winter morning with rare fog and a slim ray of sunlight. Birds were chirping outside the house with melody in their vocals. Smell of cakes were coming from the kitchen.

Henrietta woke up and yawned. She felt happy as the day was beautiful. Then, she recalled what had happened yesterday. That was awful. She didn't want to remember that, but she knew she had to. When she would go to school, everyone would stare at her. They would think that she didn't know it. But, unfortunately, every time someone stared at her, she got to know.

Mom knocked at her, "Dear, are you awake? I think you should get ready for school."

Get ready for... not for school, another bunch of mockery and torture. Henrietta thought and signed. But, looking at hopeful face of mom, Henrietta changed her facial expression into something that implied she was really happy.

Henrietta walked in the dressing room. She used to choose her dress with only feeling of hands such as, this was a top, this was a denim. Not like other girls thinking this has floral print, that has Chinese touch.

Today she was fated with a black and brown printed shirt with white collars and sleeve borders and a white jeans. Mom brought this to her from cats eye brand. She wore those and got out of the room. She smelled something tasty.

She was right. Mom made brownies with chocolate topping specially for Henrietta. She put it out of the oven and served before Henrietta.

"Henrietta. These are brownies for you, dear. Bon appetite."

"Thank you so much, mom! I'd love eating them."

Mom smiled and softly moved Henrietta's brown hair. She sat beside and saw her eating brownies with great pleasure.

"Mom, I'm full. I can't eat more now. Please keep them in the refrigerator. I'll eat at noon."

"Okay, sweety. Now, go and wear your socks and shoes. I am parking the car out."

When they reached the school, the sun was shining brightly. Winter was about to end. There was preparation of spring everywhere. Bald and dry trees were trying to bloom with fresh flowers.

"My intuition whispers in my ears that you are going to have a splendid journey ahead. I bet.", mom said trying to cheer her up while she was unlocking the car doors.

"Thanks mom." Henrietta replied coldly as she believed that there was going to be an awful, stinky and hated day ahead again like the previous. She knew, morning shows the day. And, morning had the day showed by making her fall into various problems and sorrows from her very first day of the school.

Henrietta got out of the car and bid mom goodbye. Mom didn't wave as it was not visible by Henrietta. Mom yelled, "Goodbye, dear. Have a nice day." and drove the car away.

Henrietta held her breath and made herself prepared for another terrible horrible grossing day that would end with fights, clash, jealousy, envy and blah blah blah. Life was gross! But, there was always a little bit of magic hidden with a little bit of love and friendship, bondage and relation. There always bounded to be a sprinkle of pixy dust around every heavenly angel like Henrietta.

Henrietta entered the classroom and sat down on a seat meant fr her. None did a brave job to engage the seat that was supposed to be occupied by Henrietta after these days incidences, or maybe accidents. Henrietta was the villain in their eyes.

Silvia wouldn't come today. The hospital would release her the next day. Henrietta had to pass this day all by herself. No peers, no mates. She was missing Silvia so much. Henrietta sighed again, she needed to repents. Oh! It seemed that only sorrows and regrets were going to be her lifetime companion.
