Ever since Riley turned me down, I've been pretty bummed out. But not overly because something else has been distracting me. I've gotten a lot more attention from Maya lately, I don't know why, but I don't want it to stop...
"Howdy Huckleberry" Maya said to me in her usual mocking manor.
"Hi Maya" Okay now is my chance, I think I have feelings for her, but I don't know. "Did you want to go to the movies with me?"
"Sounds like a date, don't you think?" I ignored her comment. "But sure, why not"
"Okay I'll pick you up at 7" I pretended to take off a cowboy hat. "Mam"
I've never felt this way, I'm nervous, but I don't want to leave.
Do I have feelings for Maya? No she always makes fun of me... But does she do it because she maybe likes me? No it can't be.
I just need to stop thinking and go get my stuff from my locker and go get ready for my date... (Is that what it's called?)
I've never felt this nervous around a girl before... not even around Riley. I'm so confused.
Why can't my love life be as easy as it was for Cory and Topanga? Can google help me?
