Chapter 39

LUKE'S POV

               I go to the lounge room. "Hey mate" Mikey said. "hey Mikey, Ash, and Ni" I said. I give Cal the cold shoulder.  "Luke I ate all your skittles" Niall said. "I think i'll go get some actually maybe get some food for Cece and the babies" I mumbled. "I'll come with you" Mikey said. "Alright Let's go" I said putting on my shoes.  "I wanna come" Cal said. I ignored him. I walked outside with Mikey, Cal followed us. "I'll drive" Mikey said.  "Alright" I said as I got in the passengers side. Cal got in the back. I still haven't said a word to him. "So what should we get your girlfriend too eat?" Mikey said. "Hmmm Oreos, Skittles, and tea"  I said. "What are you getting Cally?" Mikey asked. "Dunno" Cal said softly. I roll my eyes. I just wanna hurry up so I can cuddle with Cece. I wanted to just get far away from Cal as possible. 

CECE'S POV

              I woke up and I look around. I'm in Luke's bunk. I get up feeling a little light-headed. I go to the lounge room. "Hey, How you feeling?" Ash asked. "My head is killing me" I groaned. "Luke went to bring you some food with Cal and Mikey, I have some aspirin" Jack pulls out a pill. I take it dry.  I felt like shit. My phone rings and I look for it. I answer it.

"Cece? I have to tell you something" Fabian voice is cracking. 

"What's wrong?" I frown.

"I don't know how to tell you this" Fabian's voice breaks. 

"Just tell me Fab. What's wrong?" I said. 

"I don't know how to put this" Fabian is sobbing. 

"Fabian what's wrong?" I asked and the other two look at me. I go outside.

"Cece, Ama died in the hospital..." Fabian sobbed.

            My heart broke into a million pieces. I dropped my phone and dropped to my knees. My grandma had just passed away. She was my best friend and like a mother to me when my actual mother didn't care for me. It started to rain outside. I bring my knees to my chest. I start sobbing. "Cece?" I hear Ash. I don't response. "Cece? It's raining sweetie I need you to get inside before you catch a cold." Ash said and he put a hand on my shoulder. "Leave me alone Ashton" I push his hand away. "Tell me what happened?" Ash said. I shook my head and got up. I needed to get away. I needed to go home. I needed to see Matt. I got up and grabbed my phone. I ran away from Ashton. "Cece?!" Ash called after me. I didn't look back. I continued to run. As soon as I was far away enough I pull out my phone. 

Matt: Hello?

Cece: I need you 

Matt: tell me where you are

        I told him where I was and I waited for him. I was still crying. After what seemed like 40 mins I see Matt. "Cece?" Matt sounded worried. "M-m-matt.... F-fabian c-c-called me. Ama shes... shes......" I couldn't bring myself to say it. "Fabian told me. Cece shhhh you're going to have a panic attack if you don't calm down" Matt pulled me into a hug.

LUKE'S POV

                We got back from getting food. We walked into the bus and I see Ashton pacing back and forth. "Ash what's wrong?" I asked confused. "Cece she ran away" Ash said. "What do you mean she ran away?" Mikey said. "She was on the phone with someone and they sounded really upset and she walked outside. Ash went out there to see if everything's alright and she bolted" Jack said. I pulled out my phone. I dialed her phone and noticed that she wasn't answering. "FUCK!" I yell. This couldn't be happening. I send her a quick message.

Hey baby, Call me when you can I need to know where you are -Luke-

      My phone starts ringing. I answer it. 

Cece: Hi

Luke: Where are you?

I hear a familiar voice.

Cece: Um with my cousin.

Luke: Cece what happened? Why did you run away from Ash?

Cece: Luke I'll see you on the bus.

            Cece hung up on me. I sigh. "Is everything okay?" I hear Niall say from behind me. "Cece ran out upset and she's on her way home now" I said. "Don't worry mate" Niall said and patted my shoulder. I hear the door open. It's Cece and her cousin. "Cece!" Mikey and Cal ran up to her. "Where did you run off too?" Jack asked. "I needed to see Matt" Cece said softly. "Is everything okay?" I asked. Cece shook her head no. "What happened?" Ash asked softly. "My grandma passed away" She broke down crying. I went up to hold her. She grabbed on to my shirt as if I was going to disappear. "Shhhhhh.... it's okay baby shhhhhh" I tried comforting her. "She was my everything Luke" Cece sobbed into my chest. "They are having her funeral soon and my brother wants her to go, since I'm leaving soon I was planning on getting her a ticket so she can come home with me and the boys" Matt said. "I'm not leaving her alone with you guys" I said. "I can call to get us tickets now" Jack suggested. I nodded. There was a knock on the door and someone came right in. "Matt we need to go" Cameron said. I tensed up. "What are you doing here?" I asked sternly. "I came to drop off your girlfriend cause she came back to me" Cameron said. "Come on Cameron don't start" Matt said. "We'll see you in America mate" Mikey said. "Mattie please don't leave me" Cece said. "Nenita I'll see you at home" Matt came over and kissed Cece on the forehead. "She still cries about everything" Cameron said as he walked out. Mikey and Ash stand in front of me. "fucking idiot" I growl. "Cece do you want some tea?" Niall kneed down beside her. Cece shook her head.
