Chap 17. The Death of Alois

Konichiwa, I'm angry, this one kid hurt me, so I kind of...poked him in the neck as a reflex with my pencil. He said I stabbed him and I almost got suspended, if I did, I would be laughing, why? Because, I didn't do anything that bad, besides poke someone on a reflex. Whatever.

Your PoV
I heard a scream when I awoke, I saw Alois with his neck cut. Shizuko emitted the scream, she didn't cry though. "My best friend, just died...." She said on her knees. "Best friend? I thought you meant Fiancée?" I asked, "No, we're not together, I had to call Ciel a wimp and such as an act, I have good talent. The corpse you see in front of you... Is my dear best friend." She explained, I nodded. "But Ciel doesn't like me, he has Elizabeth anyway. I can only dream, can't blame me." She said with a hopeful sigh, I patted her on the back as she stared at her deceased best friend. Ciel ran in and fell on top of Shizuko. "Ouch." Ciel muttered, "You got the better end then I did, Ai-Chan." Shizuko yelled, Ciel looked at her confused, so did I. "What's Ai-Chan?" We asked in unison, "Nothing, anyway, who did this to my best friend?" She asked furiously, "Best friend?" He asked, "Yes, we aren't together, we're best friends, I still have a crush on a certain someone who has a fiancée." She said, I sighed at how clueless Ciel was. Shizuko dug her fingernails in her arm, letting the blood drop on to the floor. "Mixed blood, yum." She mumbled, before Ciel helped her up, "Who do you have a crush on?" He asked, "Nobody." She answered instantly, he nodded before giggling. We stared at him, he just shook his head, before staring back at Alois. We saw as Grell came in, "A new soul that's not on the to die list? Give me a brea-SEBBY!" He screamed, about to pounce on Sebastian, but Shizuko kicked him to a wall. "Collect the god damn soul and get out of here, Sebastian hates you." She said, with a glare in her eyes, Grell gulped and obliged, "Thank you Lady Shizuko." Sebastian thanked, from behind, "No problem, I just needed to release my anger. Now, we have seriously NO IDEA who killed Bestie-Chan?" She asked, we shook our heads. Then a knock on the door echoed throughout the hallway, in the doorway... Stood Aya, and Maria, beside Misaki, Kenji, and a boy I've never met before. "Shi-Chan!" Kenji screamed before running over to Shizuko and crushing her in a hug. "I missed you too Nii-Chan." She said, before high-fiving the boy. "Mika-Nii!" She cheered, pushing Aya and Maria out of the way, hugging him tightly. Maria glared at Shizuko, Shizuko glared back before smiling brightly. "It's been so long! Konichiwa Misaki-Chan!" She said, "Konichiwa Shizu-Chan." She replied with a smile, "Shizuko's your sister?!" I asked Kenji, Kenji nodded. The boy picked Shizuko up and spun her around. Ciel watched until Elizabeth arrived. "My, everyone is just attacking this house." Max mumbled, Dio nodded beside me. I rested my head on Dio's shoulder, a loud slapping notice was able to heard which froze everything. We looked in the direction of where it came from, only to see Elizabeth's hand, slapped across Ciel's face, "What do you mean the engagement is off?" She screamed, Shizuko punched her in the face, then Sebastian appeared and took Ciel away. Shizuko began attacking Elizabeth until she was bleeding badly, Shizuko rolled her eyes, everyone watched while Max patted her back. "Good job sis." He congratulated her, she smiled. "You know it bro." She responded, Kenji smirked, while Mika smiled. Was there an issue going on between Mika and Ciel? There was tension in the air between then before, time to investigate. I kept an eye on Mika, "Ima go check on Ciel, talk to you all soon." Shizuko waved and left the room, Mika groaned when she said, 'Ciel.' I secretly followed them, leaving Dio in Max's hands for now, I can't trust Aya and Maria. I saw Ciel on his huge bed, asleep. I saw Shizuko sitting on the edge of his bed, then she lay down beside him, and fell asleep. I left them in peace and watched as a thunderstorm rolled in, and everyone had to stay here until it passed. Sebastian assigned everyone a room, and asked me, Dio, and Max to check on everyone but to not go in Ciel's room, I'm guessing, since they were asleep. I saw Elizabeth asleep on a pink bed, I nodded, I checked the next room, only to see a knife on the bed, who's room is this? I checked the room, it was beside Elizabeth's room, I kept that in mind, exited the room quickly, and checked the next room, I checked the next bunch of rooms, then ran to the kitchen. "Bard, did any knives get taken from here?" I asked, he shook his head, I nodded and left to see Sebastian, "Sebastian!" I called, he turned and faced me. "Yes Lady (Y/n)?" He asked, "The room beside Elizabeth's had no one in the room, but had a knife on their bed, it looked suspicious, I asked Bard if there were any missing knives from the kitchen or any for that fact, he was sure that nobody took any knives." I explained, he nodded. "That's Mika's room..." He trailed off, "I heard him groan when Ciel's name was mentioned, it's like he hates Ciel, but they don't even know each other." I said, Sebastian rushed to Mika's room, only to see Mika drawing in a notebook, he closed the book and looked up at us. "Yes? Did I do something wrong?" He asked, in a convincing tone, "Did you see a knife in this room? We have realized someone took a knife and are wondering if anyone saw it." I covered up the real reason why we asked, his bright eyes were innocent. "No, I haven't seen anyone with a knife, but I must be completely honest, I have a back up pocket knife, so nobody will report me for having something on me, I'm letting you know." He said with a smile, I nodded. "Thank you sir." Sebastian replied and left, I followed, then I heard something. "Kenji-Chan, I like Shizuko, will you help me tell her?" He asked someone, I'm assuming Kenji. "Sure! But I think she likes that Ciel boy." Kenji replied, they were talking in his room, we both stayed silently. "I think she does too, but I heard that he was the one who killed her best friend, I think I heard someone say 'Earl Phantomhive disposed of a knife today, it was completely drenched in blood, he was wearing gloves though, nothing that suspicious right? Since he works for cases like that, but there were no cases throughout the whole week.'"Mika asked, "Sounds off, I don't think that they'd like it if we investigated though. I wish we could but, they'd think poorly of us, that'd ruin Shi-Chan's rep." Kenji said through distance, "Your right, we can't point fingers, I guess it's just best to be careful." Mika said before Kenji left and so did we. "So, they're suspecting Mi'lord...." Sebastian trailed off again, "Everyone can point fingers, they don't have evidence, but we can prove it's not him, I found a knife on the ground outside of Alois' room. We can just see which fingerprints are the same." I said holding up a knife, "It won't do any good, Ciel was wearing gloves when he disposed this but...If he isn't the killer, he would tell at least you and he wouldn't need to use gloves. So he's a little suspicious right?" I whispered, he nodded. "Even a demon can sense where the prey has been, so...Yes he is the only person besides you and the company who has held it. You are a suspect as well, but I suspect Mi'lord, how should we approach him then Lady (Y/n)?" Sebastian asked, "I don't know, I guess maybe when he wakes up?" I asked, not wanting to disturb him while he's asleep. Then I heard a knock coming from one of the doors, I peered over a pillar and watched as Ciel was knocking on Shizuko's door, tiredly, when did he get up? Was he listening over the conversation? No, Sebastian would have notified me that he was there right? Or is Sebastian even an ally? "Shizuko, come out, I need to talk to you..." Ciel mumbled, Shizuko opened the door and ran past him to the kitchen. Ciel chased her down and when she reached her room, Ciel was there. Then the door closed, "I believe we should leave them be for now..." Sebastian said over my shoulder, "I agree." I agreed, but I can't let Sebastian get all my trust just yet. I headed to my room and began thinking until Dio lay down beside me, kissed me, then fell asleep.
Mika's PoV
I tiredly lay on my bed, then I forgot about the bracelet I got from my mom, it was a heirloom but I wanted to give it to her. I knocked on her door, and then opened it. I saw Shizuko run behind me, and I saw Ciel just standing there, he made my blood boil but I still managed to stay calm. "Shi-Chan. Mom gave me this, it's a heirloom for any girl, mom got it from her dad, that got it from his mother and so on, and I wanted you to have it, it's a gift since we haven't seen each other in years." I said handing her the cyan bracelet, with sparkly rainbow colored gems. She smiled, "Really? I'll treasure it for life!" She said, I helped her adjust the bracelet size and it sparkled. "It's so pretty!" She said mesmerized by the flashy colors and dark colors. I nodded, and headed back to my room, I decided to go take a nap.
Shizuko's PoV
I decided to stay away from everyone, Misaki's mother and herself were the people I once hurt, I hate looking at myself. I was a true monster, I saw Ciel in my room and he shut the door. I didn't pay much attention to him, I just lay on my bed, turned away from him. I decided to go take a shower, so I took a shower, changed in the bathroom, then went to my room, only to see nothing there, but a captivating scent. I lay down, then something grabbed me, I looked back, and saw nothing but a pair of eyes staring back at me through the darkness. I played with my bracelet, until someone pressed their fingers in my arm, it hurt me badly but it was nighttime. I felt my sleeping shirt being lifted, I looked down, then kicked the figure beside me. "Bakas, I don't care who you are." I muttered and turned away, I then curled up and just pretended I was asleep. I saw the figure above me and quickly rolled over and pinned the figure down. "C-Ciel? Get out of my room." I stuttered, this perverted bitch. "Your in my mansion." He retorted and wriggled free, I sighed and lay down. He lay beside me, trying to hug me, but I kept scooting away, then he turned scary like and pulled me close to him. My, he tried scaring me but if you've been yelled at by cranky old assholes, he's nothing. Then, I just shut my eyes for a minute, trying to sleep, when Ciel's lips crashed atop of mine. "What are you doing?" I asked, moving away, what's with him? Then Mika came in and shut the door after him. They both had scary looks in their eyes, as they pinned me down. "H-Hey, stop i-it." I said fighting them until the sandwiched me, Mika fell asleep to my left hugging me, and Ciel fell asleep to my right. They were hugging me tightly, I tried breaking free but to no avail. I just shut my eyes and slept beside them.
