Mitch's POV

Why? Why do have to like him? Why is he so cute? Why is his personality amazing?" Mitch you okay" JJ asks waving his hand in front of my face." Oh yeah, I gotta talk to Jasmine" I say getting up and walking away. Jasmine will know what to do; she always does. I see her and Jason by the dock. I crouch in a nearby bush; Jasmine was taller then Jason by a two or three inches not counting her hair. She kisses Jason forehead and says " I love you shorty". I jump out of the bushes and shout " JJ owes me twenty bucks". They look over blushing." I gotta go bye Jazz bye Mitch" Jason says and runs off. Jasmine storms over to me obviously angry." Tell anyone and I'll throw you off a cliff" she says between her clenched teeth." Like the lion king" I ask smiling " exactly like the lion king" she says. After seconds of us giving each serious looks we burst out laughing." Seriously don't tell anyone" she looking me straight in the eye." Promise..... I need to talk to you about something" I say and I take a deep breath. She takes my hand and pulls me over to the end of the dock. She sits down and I sit beside her." What's wrong Mitchell" she asks you could here the concern in her voice." So I like this one person, I don't know if they if they like me back and I need help" I whisper." Who is he" she ask " I can't tell you who he is" I say and she gives me the biggest grin." So it's a boy" she whisper shouts. Shit! She tricked me darn it." You tricked me, no fair" I say crossing my arms and looking into the water." You always lose Mitchell; so tell me who it is so I can figure out if he likes boys" She says her voice filled with excitement. I take a deep breath and say

"it's Lachlan Power from gaming camp". She smiles " he's definitely gay, I'll start my research tomorrow" she says and walks away. I stare into the moon; will my parents be okay with me dating a guy?
